Our rooms AC was not working very well. The room was warm most of the day. Cockroaches all over the room!!!

Beautiful place

Excellent facilities - never felt over crowded. Very nice patrons in addition to the staff who delivered beyond excellence in guest service. Friendly and genuine in their desire to deliver great service. Lobby staff in particular, extremely positive and cheery!

I think the breakfast buffet could offer a broader selection of hot foods - felt a little limited and also the same if you are staying more than a couple of nights. Be nice to mix it up a little through the week.

The room was large and very clean. The beach was top-notch. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful.

There weren't enough free lounge chairs around the pool. If you don't get to the pool early and reserve a free lounge chair, you have to pay extra for one in the reserved section.

My friends were staying at a resort nearby, their place wasn’t clean, had weak showers, and ridiculous fees considering that The Marriott Harbor is extremely clean, has great water pressure, and the fees are the same. There is a lot to do nearby, and it is literally right on the beach. You could vacation here and never leave the premises.

It is expensive to park. $45 a day for valet and I think $40 for self park. The. alert is worth the extra few bucks, but I’d rather have my parking included in my room charges. Even if I was paying basically the same amount I wouldn’t know it. Getting the daily charge kind of sucks.

Phenomenal! Extremely good experience. You could not ask more in a resort. Clean, organized, professional from start to finish.

The hotel mis advertised on booking.com and then they did not want to compensate for their screw up!

Nice pool area, clean rooms w/ awesome shower, great proximity to airport.

Umbrella situation on the beach is weird. You have to pay to rent an umbrella & beach staff took one of ours away after we paid for it. Two employees thought we didnt pay which was annoying.

Most things - great reception Patrice was excellent Ralph and Co st the bar were terrific

Breakfast very expensive…

Chairs too far from ocean especially the big drop off in the sand blocking the view. Staff at the beach rude, slow, inattentive.

Spa. The massage I had was very,very good.

Food. I had the worst Caesar salad I ever had. Was not charged. Drinks were over priced

I felt like we paid quite a bit for the stay and then we were Nicole’s and domed everywhere. $70for a pool chair? Ridiculous.

it had everything. great bar, nice pool, lovely big clean bright rooms with comfy beds

it’s on the far end of the hotel strip a bit further away from restaurants but that does make it a bit quieter and away from some of the rougher bits

The property has a lot of amenities as far as dining and recreation with a nice pool and beach.

The property was under construction so checkin and organization was a mess. We stayed for an event on property and specifically requested our suite be available as early as possible to allow for event preparation. The room was available over an hour after the standard time and it made things a bit stressful rushing to prepare for the event. The suite though large was not well cared for and obviously had been abused by many past guests. The price for the room was not a good value at all even though we were comped some to makeup for the late checkin.
