ダイヤモンドヘッドが見える部屋を予約して正解でした！ ロケーションもよくどこに行くにも便利 それなりの宿泊金額だったけどお値段以上のサービスで満足。

Eine Massenveranstaltung. Es passen ca. 2000 Leute in das Hotel und über Ostern waren gefühlt alle Zimmer belegt. Morgens wurden die Liegen am Schwimmbad schon um 6:00 Uhr belegt, ab 7:30 hatte man keine Chance mehr eine Liege am Schwimmbad oder am Strand zu bekommen. Man konnte sich Liegen reservieren lassen - dieses aber zu hörenden Preisen.

Nothing I liked everything (except maybe I just wish I had an ocean view room 😍)

We had the most fabulous time at the Sheraton Waikiki! We did not rent a car, we walked everywhere. The food, beaches, nightlife, all top notch. The pools, and grounds of the Sheraton was far above expectations. Our 17 year old son smiled several times, that’s a win in my book. Stay here, you will not be sorry!!!

The daily cleaning of the room was not thorough… food crumbs were not vacuumed, balcony had a some coffee spilled and was not cleaned the next day

ホテルに10時に着いて、部屋のキーを渡されのが午後3時。early check-inが出来ればもっと良かった。

Proximity to the beach.

The room was not properly cleaned. For instance, I opened the drawer and somebody had left a couple articles. Also, the staff placed three packets of decaffeinated coffee, but no regular. And the bed had a oversized lower wooden frame that my wife and I kept hitting with our shins. It was hidden by the bed cover, but it sticks out more than the mattress. I must’ve hit that thing a half dozen times. Very poor design. I assume some of these are simple oversights, but these are the little things that one remembers when they’re trying to have, a quality vacation. Then there was the time we booked a covered cabana by the pool. We made this reservation in person at the pool rental desk. When we arrived to use it, we were told we lost our reservation because somebody else had booked online at the same time. No effort was made to correct it. The attitude was, oh well, these things happen, sorry. You would think their system would not have allowed them to book it online once we reserved or vice versa. The final indignity was when we checked out. When we had first arrived, the staff told us we had a $50 voucher for both my wife and I each due to our booking through Booking.com. we thought that was a nice thing to have. Comes time to check out, they did not apply it to our bill, and we had to explain what we were told and what we expected. This is very embarrassing as others can hear us trying to explain what sounded like a Need for us to have a coupon.

Tiny bedroom & bathroom. (Oceanfront - 2 doubles), kept walking into wooden base corner of bed, ouch! Small balcony.

The professionalism and kindness of the staff….they made it super enjoyable

There was really nothing with the facility we didn't like.

Dotările din camera probabil ca cele de hotel de 2 stele. Așternuturile curate, dar extrem de greu de suportat noaptea. Micul dejun catastrofal pt 50$/ persoană, motiv pt care aproape toți clienții trebuie să ia micul dejun și lunch-ul în afara hotelului.

ビーチのチァー席が早く満席になる。 ビーチでの1人のタオル枚数を4枚に制限すべき。

Amazing views, perfect location, close to all the best shops, restaurants, beach, pools.. and omg the VIEWS

The only thing we didn’t like is that there was no room service but it actually made us get out more .. which isn’t really a bad thing.

there are a lot of towel in pool, i confuse this seats is booked or not. it would better return the towels when it is done

Excellent location, clean rooms, staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Sarah helped us check in with two rooms close together and open balcony. The customs services manager Ms. Jacky Slaton help us check out a week early due to medical emergency.

Restaurants need to improve.

Well located and fantastic views.

When we checked in our room was not well cleaned. The bathroom in particular had hair and sand all over the floor and bath. We also discovered (after we checked) the doors leading to the interconnecting neighbouring rooms had been left unlocked, obviously a complete oversight for security. We spoke to the guest services counter who provided us with another room (of the same standard) but without interconnecting doors. The housekeeping manager did also check in with us a couple of days later to check we were happy with the cleaning standards which was appreciated, however the initial impression we had from staying at the Sheraton was not good unfortunately.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Pools were clean and very scenic. Bars served delicious drinks, food was equally good. Location was spectacular and the view from our room was stunning.

More food variety between restaurants would've been nice, they shared a lot of the same dishes. Another dinner option would've been great, but there's so much nearby that it's not a huge deal.
