Nothing it didnt happen

My room was down sized without my knowledge i recieved no calll or anything i canceled my hubby and i were celebrating our marriage and it was dissapointing

The ocean view was amazing and it was so relaxing

Staff and clean

Wrong room I paid for a beach view with a king size bed I got a city view with 2 queen beds

the staff was great. the bed was very comfortable.

High note. 400 a nite. no one cleaned our room on a four nite stay. Service in restaurant was long and slow. Loud people running through the halls all nite.

That it was a little further from the Boardwalk than I wanted to be but it was a very nice place to stay and I would stay there again in the furture.

I love the room with the jacuzzi it was a beautiful relaxing scenery for a much-needed get away the staff was wonderful

The cafe could have had a little more assistance I waited about 20 minutes for breakfast but the food was good staff was friendly so it really didn't deter me from coming back again

The individual who primarily cleaned the room daily was exceptional. Young individual with a great personality and not only detailed in her cleaning but also did so quickly and efficiently. The older gentlemen cleaning the entrance and floors by elevator etc was also very efficient. You need more like him.

Your location is not as good as hoped for. Yes, access to beach was great but the environment around hotel with some renovating quickly after hurricane damage while others struggling to make repairs to their buildings. Wasn't pleased booking room that overlapped biker week. Giving them access to parking closest to hotel and then them arriving later in evening the noise was pretty loud. You need to control those birds that create the mess on balconies, fly all over the place needs to be controlled. Trying to have something to eat day 1 and having some birds close by waiting for food to be dropped not the greatest environment on vacation.

The breakfast format was awkward.

Bathroom floor aint clean 6/10. I book a ocean view and they put me on the 2nd floor with something block the view

location - beach felt unsafe, hotel very crowded due to convention - no access to beach from pool- had to walk around and access public entrance, charged additional 30 for parking making it around 200/night which is way overpriced for this old hotel - this was a stopover on our way to port Canaveral for a cruise - wont stop in this area again

Front desk guy tried to sell me some weed which was completely out of line.

This is an older hotel needs some up grades. Front desk later after noon staff could be a bit friendlier. Morning check out person was awesome.
