We love the pools and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are nice too.

The floors were dirty. and the smoke detector went off twice in the middle of the night.

Als je voor je rust gaat, moet je niet naar Parrot gaan; ze draaien van ‘s ochtends vroeg tot ‘s avonds laat muziek bij de zwembaden. Alsof iedereen van dezelfde muziek houdt. Die hoor je op je kamer ook. Gelukkig loste het hotel het op om ons een betere kamer te geven, maar de muziek wordt daar niet minder door. Je betaald naast de (dure) overnachting ook nog een verplichte resort fee en verplichte valer parking. Als je daarentegen gratis gebruik wilt maken van de shuttle, je je zelf opgegeven hebt en op tijd zit te wachten, rijdt de chauffeur zomaar weg. Het personeel blijft een beetje passief en totaal niet oplossingsgericht om zich heen kijken. En blijft naar buiten kijken.

Initially, I gave a very good rating, but it turned out that the hotel took the entire deposit that I paid, claiming that I had used the minibar in the room. I was only there for one night and we didn't even touch the bar cabinet. Unfortunately, it turned out that there were thieves in the hotel!!! I would advise you to be careful because the hotel charges extra fees for credit cards. This is an unfortunate act of theft!!!

номера А - с песком и лежаками, а для номеров B ничего?!( номера типа B - это 2й и 3й этаж. У нас было 5 чемоданов - то ещё удовольствие затащить уборки нет из-за ковида, но меняют полотенца и приносят воду. Легче не становится, не знаю как там живут те, кто на неделю и дольше.. Но это не к отелю, за это оценку не снижал. The Grove - вполне годный, но из-за того, что он у бассейна посуда вся пластиковая, это плата за компромисс, понимаю, и всё-таки.

We loved it!

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk in the afternoon and early evening was very nice. He told us we could split the cost of the room between 2 credit cards. He helped us to find a great restaurant. Also the valet personnel were great

The early morning front desk person was very grouchy. She told us we could not split the room charge between two cards, that "the system" already charged it to one card. Disappointing that she did not help us with that.

Spacious rooms, attentive staff, inviting porch, and the four pools provided more private and intimate experience…especially at the adults only garden pool.

The whole setting of the hotel was beautiful. There was lush greenery all around the rooms and pools. Pool areas(of which there were 4 to choose from!) have lovely touches like sun cream available, some complimentary taster drinks during the day, ice cold water with fruit. The sunset pier at the hotel had lovely swinging chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset. There was a shuttle to bring you to the beach(where sun loungers were provided as part of the service) and to town ( although only during the day). The driver was very helpful and friendly! There was a fridge to store cold drinks in the room and a microwave. Rooms were very spacious, and you had your own terrace to sit outside, beds very comfortable. There was a very large tv that you could also connect your phone to to use apps like netflix. Rooms just had a light housekeeping service. We had the garden room and we were very close to the pool.

I felt that the room had very little storage space to store clothes. There was a wardrobe but no drawer space - the unit in the room was taken up with the safe, fridge and microwave. As a result I left all my stuff in the suitcase and was harder to find things as easily/more messy. An additional chest of drawers would be ideal, there is plenty of room in the large rooms for it. There was coffee making facility in the room, but only coffee provided not tea - teabags should be provided for those like myself that are not coffee drinkers. I was told I could get them from the restaurant but actually they had none either so could not even order tea from there at breakfast. The hotel was costly but it was beautiful. However I was annoyed to learn when I got there that in addition to the price there was a resort charge of 42$/day plus a parking charge of €23/day. It would have been better when receiving a booking confirmation to be made aware of these fees upfront, so that they are budgeted as part of the stay and you are not surprised by them. The restaurant or pool bar was quite costly and did not have a great selection. The service on the night we ate there was very poor. We were given water, but it was at least 30 mins before our order was taken and then another 20 mins before we even got a beer! We took the shuttle service to the beach but did not stay long. There was a lot of sea weed which smelled quite strongly. It would be great if the shuttle service was on a bit longer. LAst shuttle to town was at 4.30. A bit later to allow for a trip into town for dinner would be nice.

Concierges were great. Super helpful, knowledgable and friendly. All staff were pleasant and efficient.

Climate control in room wasn't properly responsive. We were cold most of the time. Everything was overpriced. While we appreciated the shuttles into downtown, the service stopped early.
