Sink in room completely clogged

Room air conditioning and heat didn't work

Good location, large room & tv, comfy bed, above average breakfast options. The Dove toiletries are a nice touch

Parking costs an extra $22 per day, which seems exaggerated.

Our room smelled real bad. The air. Made me nauseated.

THE BED WAS QUITE COMFORTABLE, BUT

THE PILLOWS WERE NOT. I WAS INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED WITH THE TV. YOU HAD TO HOLD THE REMOTE NO MORE THAN 3 FT FROM THE SET. THE CHANNELS WERE LIKE 44-7--- VERY DIFFICULT TO TUNE IN. THE HANDICAPPED SHOWER THAT I REQUESTED WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WALK-IN, BUT ITWAS A TUB. I CANNOT WALK INDEPENDENTLY AND WAS UNABLE TO USE IT.

They put us in a room that when we got there the AC was being worked on. We then had to get another room. The breakfast tables could be better arranged. The pancake maker is in a location that holds up people trying to get to their tables or get other food.

Breakfast was very good well above average Room was clean and quiet

I’ve machine was broken , they did have free ice in the store

staff were lovely and helpful breakfast was good and something different everyday

parking 22 dollars a nite for unsecured parking i felt was excessive
