We would come back during the winter, but not the hot summer months

We traveled during the summer and the property was in a great location. When checking out the front desk staff was so great and even stored our bags while we went for breakfast. Had we had the same person for check in I would have given the staff an excellent. We absolutely love the size of the beds in the bedroom as it allows for us to get just one room for our family. We have 6 total so the room with a queen and full with a king was great! We wish more hotels did this.

When checking in the staff was more just going through the motions rather than being welcoming. The room is just decorated for skiing which was fine, but there was no A/C. At first this was okay because we were told there were fans in the room, but one fan was broke and honestly there were not enough fans to cool down the room. The room was so uncomfortably hot that not only did my husband and I have a hard time sleeping, but the kids were miserable too.

Nothing really, one too would be to provide some more umbrellas at the Sunstone building’s pool

Very comfortable rooms Comfy, large bed Sizeable room with kitchen Nice pool, with plenty of sun beds Fantastic location

No USB ports No Air Con so we could not sleep - they provide fans instead Could not open the bedroom window enough for cool air as there was a heavy set of drawers in the way Sofa bed for our 16 year old son was thin and lumpy

THE place to stay in Mammoth!

Aside from being an incredible property with great rooms and amenities, the front desk staff was AMAZING! The woman who checked us in went above and beyond! She made sure that we got a room with a beautiful view, and was very patient & helpful. Phenomenal customer service is rare these days, so it was extremely refreshing.

Definitely come back again

Super cozy hotel. The room is perfectly clean, has all you need and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Nice staff and great service. Very convenient location. Wonderful view from the balcony. We will definitely come back again.

Did not have a good experience.

Facility and room was nice and clean

Staff not helpful at all. Also, the smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. when approached the staff, they didn't even say they are sorry to hear it. We could not sleep at all. Staff are young and not experienced to deal with customers.

Beautiful hotel with excellent large rooms with full kitchen. Staff were really lovely and helpful. We really loved our stay.

In a beautiful location. Our room had good access to the swimming pool and spa.

There was only one baking tray for the oven which wasn’t enough for a family of 5. Also it would have been nice to have had some teabags and facility for making tea, as it was we had to boil a pan of water.
