Not fancy but clean and comfortable in a great location

Great location. Hotel is older but comfortable and clean. Beds comfortable, new TV, countertops new. Had good lunch salads at the on site restaurant.

Would have liked to have sit down restaurant service at beach bar instead of “take out”.

Disappointing, Overpriced, No Fun

The location and beach were the only two things that were even close to making it worth paying for.

Prices were way too high. A stack of 3 pancakes for $14 as an example. Staff was not friendly. I don’t think I was greeted by the front desk one time during my stay. Rooms were loud, you could hear everything in the other rooms. Air conditioning in our room was really loud. Might as well not ask for anything. Everything we asked for seemed to put out the employee. Resort (I say more like hotel) was not updated at all. Outdoor beachside bar was boring, had some slow island music which sounded like you would play at a funeral. Had potential but again no effort to make it nice, enjoyable or fun.

Nice location but needs a update

The location is perfect but the building need to remodel the rooms need a lot renovation and the pool needs a more hours open at night and they are smell a humidity!!

The bartender outside was so rude and I come to order some drinks after she finishes with other customer turn around and get the phone and don’t says anything about “give a minute or something like that, I feel so sad after like 5 minutes she said how can I help you? And they don’t say anything after give me drinks I don’t know the name but is was a Sunday around 12 pm

Väldigt missnöjd med boendet. Stort behov av renovering. Skulle inte tipsa någon att bo där.

Extremt stort behov av renovering. Gick inte låsa skjutdörrarna. Bytte rum, samma på det nya rummet. Smutsigt och superslitet. Sämsta boendet på många år och då reser jag mycket.

Calm, peaceful and relaxing.

We loved the food, the pool was so perfect and warm. We absolutely loved walking right out to the beach. Also the location right across from a Publix and Starbucks. PERFECT vacation spot for families.

Perfect weekend getaway

Awesome location. Right across the street is a supermarket and several restaurants. Enjoy your welcome drink at the beach bar and then relax at the beach. Lounge chairs, towels, and cabana included. Free parking, free WiFi access, $15 food/drink voucher per room per day. Many different room options. Decent size. Friendly and helpful staff. Discounts on banana boat rides, paragliding etc.

The bed, or better yet, the mattress.

Very high risk of security not confirming guest and handing keys out.

The hotel was nice enough for a beach motel. Once you stay at a few you know what to expect. The beach was very nice and the cabana was nice. There is a 15 dollar credit per day for drinks/food

No real shade in pool area. No control on keeping locals out. Locals were using the chairs and in the pool. My biggest issue was a security one because when I advised the front desk I left my key in the room. The lady asked me what room and just gave me a key. They didn't ask my name or anything. Someone could just get into your room and rob or attack you. I worked at a hotel years ago and we always sent security to the room with the guest and make them provide their ID before giving them a key. The staff was friendly but this was a serious risk to anyone staying at the hotel. There was also a volleyball tournament or just a weekly one. The beach was packed during this time and the locals were constantly in and out of the hotel pool area making it very busy there.

Location was great the room over looking the beach and sea was amazing and comfortable breakfast was good and a big shoutout to Ashley and Sarah who are so polite and welcoming the pool bar was also great.

Only down side was the restaurant and pool bar were closed each evening and my wife stuffers with cops and asthma and we hoped to have eaten on site.

Great value and excellent location

Proximity to the beach and shopping, the cabanas, the pool, really comfy beds and pillows. It’s not too big of a resort and easy to get around.

The carpet in our room was raggedy and stringy. The hallways need new paint.

it was vacation nothing better!

you cannot beat the location, resort is very nice , great beach bar and restaurant. wished the restaurant was open later, we were unable to have dinner because we watched the sunset. by the time we went up to our room and got cleaned up and dressed the restaurant was closed. we did enjoy a drink at the bar. the bartender Jim is great!!

I did not like the lack of parking when we came to check in due to the resort selling parking for the beach. pick a designated area for your hotel guests would be a better option .

location location location . right on the water . great pool/bar area right on the beach. staff was pleasant and kind. Our room as well as the grounds were very clean. Food from the restaurant was decent as well.

Decor and furnishings outdated. No fan in the bathroom.

My beach view balcony room was switched at last minute with no explanation, rude staff and they charged my card for the whole stay again when I returned home even though it was prepaid through booking. They are supposed to refund me for the lower grade room.

Don't change paradise too much

Location. Staff.

Restaurant changed menu from our last visit. Twice the price for our room as last stay. Too many rental chairs in front of hotel. We always bring our bikes, have to keep them in our rooms. Maybe they can add a place to store them.

Highs & Lows

Flippers Tiki Bar was fun, Rebecca is a great bartender but you could not charge on your card the system failed for days, Boca Grill foods were delicious but $17.00 for a margarita with well liquor was a bust. The rooms were very spacious, clean, fridge & microwave shelving and storage cabinets lounge seats and dining table was sweet but the room temperature was too warm and air conditioner would not produce anything cooler it was damp and muggy in the room. Beach location Is EXCELLENT

you could not charge on your card the system failed 3 out of 4 days at Flippers , Boca Grill charged $17.00 for a margarita with well liquor was a bust, the room temperature was too warm and air conditioner would not produce anything cooler it was damp and muggy in the room..bed sunk in the center not a good sleep which is what i look forward to at hotels. 1st morning at location house cleaning took the $$ I had out on the dresser I will accept that as my own wrong doing but the 3rd visit from housekeeping my starbucks birthday gift card went missing. Checked my credit card and saw I was being charged a 2nd time for the trip paid in full 1 month prior it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for duplicated fees to be removed.
