Great service, amazing room with awesome views… and of course the beach is the best!

Excellent resort that is family friendly and has good activities

Stayed few days. Got upgraded from an ocean view room to beachfront property. Good parking. Family friendly resort. Great beach and facilities as well as activities.

Napili is a blissful piece of paradise

came for the location

I ended up paying $1000 more for 4 nights than quoted, showed the front desk my Booking.com quote and they said it wasn’t their issue,

Pleasant but insufficient facilities when the resort is full.

The veiw from our room was stunning. We were able to sit on our balcony and watch the sunsets, while enjoying a glass of wine. The kitchen came in handy for cooking our own meals.

The resort was full because of spring break. For the 3 days of our stay we were unable to get a dinner booking at the restaurant. You couldn't just walk up to the bar to get a drink, but had to be seated and therefore sometimes wait to get a table. We had to leave the resort for dinner or buy food from the supermarket. The resort is pleasant but dated.

Absolute Paradise - would come back in a second

Great location right on beautiful Napili Kai Beach. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. On property restaurant has great options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a quality happy hour! Room was a large suite with a full kitchen.

Not a property issue - Would HIGHLY recommend extra sunscreen. Reef safe mineral doesn't cover as well so we got quite burnt the first day!

Perfect location on the bay with beautiful views from the rooms! The resort is beautifully landscaped and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Right next to the coastal trail. Highly recommended!

It’s challenging to get reservations at the restaurant at night, book in advance.

Nice hotel with amazing location.

Free parking, amazing property and view. Nice and spacious room, good view from balcony.

It was noisy between the rooms, could hear everything the room next door said with the connecting door. Also missed to have sun beds and umbrellas at the beach

Wonderful stay at Napili Kai

We love Napili beach and loved staying at Napili Kai beach resort. We stayed in a beachfront studio and loved having a mini kitchen with a full size fridge. We watched the sunset from our lanai every night during our stay. The view from our Lanai was spectacular! And with a snorkeling beach right in front of the hotel… it was just perfect.

More beach umbrellas for guests, please? 😁

Amazing stay!

The staff at the front desk was outstanding. We came early because we met up with friends staying there as well. They were so kind to upgrade our room and give us early check in! We loved our room view of the entire bay and each of the windows had a view that shared a huge lanai. Free beach chairs, coolers, and close parking. The kids club activities were a huge plus too. We would definitely stay again!

They were out of beach towels the first day.

Best location we have ever stayed in Maui. Directly on a small beach mostly of the surrounding resort and condos that is actually swimmable and with glass clear water and snorkeling 50 ft out. 4 pools and a restaurant and snack bar supplemented our full kitchen. Most families we met here are repeats some going back to the 1990s. My son had the time of his life

Not all “ocean view” reservations can see the ocean. No stove top.

Close proximity to the beach and friendly staff.

Purchased ocean view with kitchen and expected a balcony & view of the ocean, as seen in their photos. Was told on arrival that was “ocean front” and was given a room on the 1st floor with the putting green in front of me. If I went right up to the window & peaked to the far right side, I could catch a small corner of ocean :). Had construction on the putting green and was told we could not use it for the duration of our stay. Also, no stove top in our “kitchen” - only a small fridge, sink and microwave. Gym looked like it had not been updated since the 90s. Disappointed. Won’t stay here again.

Some areas of the resort need updating. The main swimming pool was crowded and the whirl pool was overused.
