Serenity was awesome she did a photo shoot for us in the lobby and had great energy. There was a overfilled hot tub when we arrived to our room and they quickly came to assist us with a upgraded suite 😀

Cleanliness and arcade machines are out dated and out of order , make the motorcycles races eachother instead of separate games

We stayed in the Lakeside Chalet, which was very nice, better than expected. Everything was clean. Great ambiance, romantic setting, loved the hot tub and fireplace. Food was good, activities were fun!

The property can use an update.

it a beautiful location with a lot to do. The staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean as well.

The price for what you get.

Resort had a lot of activities for guest. Menu selections were very good

Room was dated. Lighting could be a lot better.

The privacy of the room was nice.

We didn't appreciate spending the amount that we did for the room and then being asked to pay more money for things along the way. Particularly the arcade, which makes them minuscule amounts of money but feels like a slap in the face for the guests. If I'm paying over $1000 for the room, why do I need to be nickel-and-dimed at an arcade they provided? The outdoor activities are exciting when you see how many of them there are, but then when you start doing them, they are all lack-luster. Very small paintball target range. Very small archery range. No instruction on how to use the equipment. No map of where the disc golf holes are. The girls running the outdoor activities shed had bad attitudes and bad-mouthed other guests to us, mocking them for not knowing how to use the equipment they didn't receive instruction for. Again, being asked for more money for continued participation in these underwhelming activities. It also felt like a slap in the face to not give us a microwave in the room. Of course they do this so you'll buy more of their food. But, again, I shouldn't feel forced to do that. The food being offered was very overpriced. My husband and I actually made it a point to go eat elsewhere because of this. We were there for 2 nights and we got bored.

Room was exceptional. Amenities were top notch and staff was great! We got to watch a fun magic show, ride golfcarts, hike etc! Lots to do and many options

we like the setup of parking right outside your door and then going to the main bldg for dinner and entertainment

the fact that they had no handicap rooms

it was excellent! everything was perfect 🥰❤️ I’m planning to come back 💃💖
