Too pricey with no amenities

The pool

No breakfast or lunch. I paid $1,640 and they didn't offer any food or snacks.

We had a great family get away and we will be back!

I loved the children's activities and the woman who did them. I think her name is Laura. She was wonderful with all the kids. The outdoor area is beautiful and full of stuff for all ages. Our rooms, fridge, bathrooms, living area was all nice and clean. Kids pool was great, love how you can walk in.

Splash pad needs to be redone, one star didn't work, only a couple little jets from the floor worked, splashpad floor was rough. Our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was empty in the shower when we first arrived.

Would not return

The indoor pools was the best feature. It was very nice and also had a hot tub.

Our sheets and pillows were visibly soiled. The room was not clean at all. When made aware we were offered late checkout.

The stay was terrible, we will never be back

The room we stayed in was nice but everything else about the resort was terrible

The heat in our room didn’t work so we had to move rooms after a long day of driving and unpacking which was a nightmare. Then the indoor pools were very cold, and we were told the heat pump went out that it was going to be fixed today. Long story short it never got fixed during our stay, so we cannot even swim which was the main reason we stayed there . Also, almost every game and there arcade did not work. The staff wasn’t helpful at all.

We had a blast at the resort with our 3 grandkids! A lot of fun activities for themto do, plus the awesome water park! C

Perfect location! The water park was so much fun!

I loved everything about the resort, but with the price we paid I think there should have a complementary breakfast bar.

Provides a great place to both stay and play . Incredibly clean and in a nice spot near the action but not in the middle of it.

This property is very family friendly, my children and I always enjoy staying here.

I always love staying here. The location is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed here 3 times and never have any issues.

It was amazing and would come back again

I loved the wristbands were wonderful for all access. Loved the Balcony and the view from it.

The peace and quiet everything so convenient.

brought our granddaugher and it was very relaxing and we all had a wonderful time.

Everything being on the grounds not having to get into traffic, the resturants were very close by which was great!!

had to call for maintenance on the TV, a few things weren’t clean, things leftover from previous guest, sheets were nasty on both beds.

We were so happy with the size of our room. Zac took care of moving us into a room that would be good for my walking ability. So thoughtful. The staff greeted us ever time with hellos and smiles. The pools were nice. I felt very secure talking a shower with the bars to hold on to also. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stay at governor's

Liked our spacious room definitely worked perfectly for a family of 5! The kids enjoyed the pool an camp firefly was a nice little touch loved roasting marshmallows over the fire ☺️

Not much we didn't like we enjoyed our stay here..the only thing I would say is the pool water was really cold but otherwise the stay was very nice!

Staff did an amazing job throughout our stay. Lifeguards were positioned correctly to ensure all children stayed safe.
