Not worth the cost!
Very disappointing. Paid way too much for mediocre room. Absolutely not worth the money. Pictures made the pool look generous but it turned out to be ordinary.
I paid way too much for very ordinary stay. Could have been a Holiday Inn.

Great Value in Deer Valley
Peaceful setting by some nice reflecting ponds with Mountain View’s and trails nearby. 5 minute shuttle to Main Street, with door to door service. Big balcony and large rooms. Bathroom was also very nice. Overall, we were impressed, and we have some very nice past hotel/ resort experiences to compare it to.
A little far from Main Street, though for the price you just deal with that part. Minor inconvenience for being high in Deer Valley.

Not what I had bargained for and the service didn’t make up for anything
Close to ski resorts and had complimentary transportation
1. Walls are paper thin 2. Rooms are super dry and hot (we turned on the a/c in the winter) 3. They charged us 50% of the nightly rate to check out 2 hours late despite the fact that no one was checking into our room and there is no where available to shower after skiing in the hotel - I was there with my son, who had school the next day and we had a late flight and I asked if we could stay in our room so we could shower after skiing and they insisted on charging me $260. It seemed really unnecessary and unreasonable. The nightly rate is already quite high for what you are getting, so to be charged this additional amount was really upsetting and just mean. 4. Some of the staff was nice and some seemed put off by being asked any questions - we asked how far Park City ski resort was from the hotel, and the woman working during the afternoon / evening one day looked at us and was like ‘why would I know that? I have no idea.’ The answer is roughly five minutes. She would know that because it’s a ski resort adjacent to the ski resort the hotel is affiliated with - it’s not such a crazy question. 5. Given the option, I’d def opt to stay at the lodges over this hotel - whenever we walked over there, the staff was far more helpful and friendlier and there is a restaurant there plus a store. People were more than happy to answer questions and were pleasant and inviting consistently.
