The staff needs to be more professional with guest and with problem solving skills. There is no sound proofing and at 3 in the morning people stomping on the floor and moving what sounded like the furniture sucked. Of course the raunchy smell of weed was terrible. When you check out there was no questions, no thank you for staying with us or nothing. I’m seemed more like we bothered them basically the impression I got is, you can leave now. There were 4 employees I wish I had gotten their names that were wonderful.

What a great place to stay!!!!

The resort was beautiful. The room was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the pizza place there and even got coffee a few mornings. There was a really cool hang out spot to enjoy a drink and some outdoor games with the family. The game room wasn't too bad either.

The only thing I could say would be on the morning of check out we still had about an hour and a half before we had to leave. A lady over housekeeping knocked on our door and was checking if we had left yet. My in-laws were in another room and the same thing happened to them. The way the lady went about it made you feel very rushed and like they wanted you gone already.

Fun place to stay for a getaway

Great place to take to vacation. There are a lot of things to do. My family and I enjoyed it. Staff are friendly, pools are clean, rooms are nice and spacious. Everything is provided for comfort.

The internet is terrible. We did not have cell service the whole time and couldn’t connect to the internet in the room we had to we was without service for a week.

It was raining during our stay so the marina was mostly closed. I would have loved to use the paddleboat.

Our enclosed patio in Building G overlooked the lake! Very peaceful

it was a great time, just wish the hot water filled the tub as well as the wifi and tv signal was a bit better.

the amenities were great!

The wifi was poor, the tv brought us a million issues cutting in and out, and the hot water wasn’t enough to fill the jacuzzi tub in our bathroom..

Superb

Room was very large would make a nice apartment. Full kitchen and washer and dryer were nice to have.

Bed was hard on my back. Needed more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 6 night stay. Went and got 2 more rolls once and then just bought our own from the store.

Although the resort was not perfect due to a few minor issues, and the weather making the amenities unavailable, the res

so the property is spread out, unlike how the pictures may seem. However it is nice, because it allows you to have privacy while enjoying the resort. The staff was friendly, although somewhat preoccupied, despite the reviews left on Facebook.

The walls in the room are thin. I could hear my neighbors a bit, but I am used to noise. Bringing a box fan will help this. The top blanket had some questionable stains on it which blend in with the color of the blanket, so I’m not sure if it was over looked but it would have been nice to have it replaced. I didn’t get a chance to use the amenities as the weather did not work in my favor but I enjoyed the resort over all. The jacuzzi tub and fire place were a great touch.

Shower inside a Jacuzzi...

Nice up to date fixtures, spacious living area. Was very clean, newer carpet etc.

Who puts a shower head in the Jacuzzi tub. Yeah the bathroom was so small they rigged a shower rod above the Jacuzzi. No recliner, missed my recliner! Off season , no amenities. Drive to Branson is about 5 miles.

This was an amazing stay.

It was really pretty, had to two floors perfect for the kids. I didn’t check out the game room or other amenities. Amazing view, great bathrooms, and beds are very comfortable.

There were no paper towels and the carpet was dirty.

The view was so beautiful!!! The room was so nice and clean. The bathroom was AMAZING!! my 2 year old LOVED the shower!!! The staff was amazing answered any questions we had and was very informative about everything!

Relaxing.

I loved that it was right on the lake and secluded from other places.

The only complaint is the beds we slept in, they were not very comfortable. other than that, the whole stay was fantastic and relaxing.

Great getaway!

The fireplace and the large jacuzzi tub were nice. The staff was very friendly. They have made recent improvements and will be opening an indoor pool area soon. Lots of activities at the property. They had an inflatable play area for kids and crafts. It was very close to silver dollar city and they offer a shuttle to and from.

The only issue was we could hear our neighbors. Very little soundproofing.
