Location beautiful. Used as base to go to Pocono race, but will return for longer visit!

The walk to the room was a half a mile and 2 elevators walked both 3rd and 5th floor for ice ! Those ice machines haven’t worked in the last century! Coffee pot no cups ! Restaurants were old, went to the tavern wait staff were annoyed for some reason plus it’s a tavern not expecting a Mexican restaurant with limited choices. Food at the bistro fusion I have no words. The morning we left the elevator was broken we had to carry our bags by ourselves down the steps to our car. The chandelier old and hasn’t been cleaned it years. The carpets were dirty. The pool was cloudy ! The roads into the property were a mess !

Nice location, if you are staying for extended stay in the summer there are some activities, but be aware of resort amenities fees.

Price was competitive until you get ready to pay and the resort adds $26 per person per night for amenities fee. If your staying multiple days it might be a good deal but for short travel your better off at a standard hotel. Half of the amenities were closed for “the season” So disappointing if you stayed multiple days.

I like the whole place, its climate, its air, the green areas throughout the place, in short, I loved it

I did not like that having a kitchen there were only two pots there were no more extra garbage bags there was no storage room to put the dishes after washing them there was only one toilet paper I had to go buy a couple at the store but everything was fine from there

The staff was very nice. Everything to do inside one building was convenient

The bed inside the room was broken & uncomfortable. The refrigerator wasn’t working. The sockets wasn’t working. There wasn’t any toilet tissue in the bathroom when entering. The sofa was very hard to sit on(uncomfortable).There were big ants crawling on the beds & in the bathroom. The bowling alley machines was messed up. it kept freezing. I had to keep going to the staff to fix it. Lazer tag guns & machine wasn’t working properly.The pool water was cold & couldn’t enjoy the water

Good Location

Never gave me my security deposit back. Was told 5 days, 10 days, 15 days. It was never given back and no one is able to help me. Will never go back

It was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a hotel, I was not in that room for more than 15 minutes the beds were badly made, the bathroom stunk of plumbing, there was hair in the bathtub I was absolutely impossible to stay in this place, I paid for 2 days of which I didn't stay even one, they were supposed to reimburse me one night and this is the moment I haven't received any news from the hotel manager or booking if I could give it less than one star I would do it with pleasure because nothing in this place is nice, so I advise to be very careful with this place it's absolutely disgusting.

it was quiet and relaxing

hard to locate room and room was in the back on the fourth floor which seemed strange since we never saw more then 6 cars on the parking lot. The beds seemed to be worn and when you got into bed you rolled to the middle.

Large room and location

Entrance door to our floor was never locked, no wash clothes, tissues or enough towels in room, no one to help in the acade area when we had a problem with the machine. Water park opened late due to staffing issues. I felt it was not worth the money I paid to stay here.

I asked for the 2 more towels in the room( was only 2 for 4 people booked) and mugs ( only has one upon arrival) 3 times,every time stuff told me someone will bring it , never got it
