Park Hyatt Beaver Creek has lost its mojo since we last stayed in 2018, and 2019.

The location the Concierge staff were excellent.

disappointed that the main lobby area has been taken over by a big central bar - NOT family friendly any more. clearly chafing a different market now. a dog constantly barking all day in a room across the hall- very poor response by staff to deal with the noise. front desk staff a bit hopeless as usual.

The staff was phenomenal. Front desk, valet and shuttle driver (the staff does it all and multi tasks to ensure the guests are treated as their #1 priority)

While I paid a small cost for an upgrade the hotel room I received was nothing typical special...the rooms are average, on the smaller side and outdated.

Great for skiing. The rooms need a refresh.

Grat location for skiing. The hotel is right next to the slopes. The breakfast was ok, taking into cosideration that we are still going through covid.

The rooms need a refresh. They are old, and dated. TV doesnt have Netflix or anything like it. If you are placed in one of the far away rooms, be ready to walk for ages.

Excellent ski in out property at Beaver Creek

fabulous breakfast overlooking ski slopes ski valet ,pick skis up and then 50 m to lift absolutely no issue that wasnt resolved quickly and smoothly we splurged and even though we paid a lot we had a great time Friendly staff and we were treated with respect

Bill was complicated and had to be reconciled against Booking quote were initially charged for parking when had no car Booking breakfast rate didnt come through , however was reduced when showed booking invoice
