Absolutely nothing

Nice clean condo I had a 3 bedroom 3 bath full kitchen and washer and dryer. Very spacious. You definitely need a car to get around but it was very quiet and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach was across the street.

Floors could’ve been clean just a little better.

Pools were okay. Heated pool was still cold.Easy access to the beach, convient.

We've stayed at this location for the last five years or so. We have noticed a decline in quality over the last few visits. Decided to give it another chance. Rooms need a thorough cleaning and updated furniture. Carpet and chairs full of stains. Walls dirty and havent been wiped down.. Rooms upon arrival not cleaned thoroughly( toothpaste on mirror and sink, random strains of hair in shower, trash left outside the door. Hall smelled from the trash chute and other trash in the hall. Overall not pleased with last visit and not likely to return. Last two stays have not been satisfactory.

The staff tried to help. Maintenence fixed the fan, fridge, shower and toilet. But the washer never got fixed. I was given a key to another room ( not on my floor) to wash clothes. Which was exhausting.

First time vacationing in Myrtle Beach.. The condo... Day 1 called because the Master fan was screeching, frige leaking. (Maintenance replaced screw and cleaned all the dust off the fan)Day 2 , the 3rd bathroom shower very little water and the toilet broken. (Maintenance replaced a part on the toilet and unclothed the shower head).Day 3 went to wash clothes and the washer was broken. (Front desk sent up towels and found me a condo so I could wash that day). Day 4 we were just over it. I always wash before going home from vacation. I ended up just bringing dirty clothes home. Not happy about that! Note: They have 2 Redboxes for movies. Thought that was a nice touch. Only to find I couldn't get very many stations on TV. Overall, I just think the condos need some care. I was supposed to get a refund due to all the problems. Haven't received anything.

Not overwhelming crowded! Huge Balcony compared to others!

From the moment we pulled up we loved everything about the location . The parking was at the hotel and not across the street. Was a short walk to the beach. Walked into the lobby and was greeted by employees and front desk staff. Excellent service all questions and concerns taken care of right away. Given our keys and bracelets. Went to our room and was amazed at how clean the facilities were there was always someone cleaning. Our room was everything and more of what we expected. Enjoyed the pool and activities for the kids. Rosie from the kids club is a wonderful asset to Tilghman staff. We stayed 3 weeks had a gold course view was beautiful. Will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone at Tilghman for an unforgettable vacation!
