Amazing and will return this summer!

I loved how clean the rooms were, the bed was comfortable and the pool was heated. The property was always clean and quiet and an amazing place to stay. The staff texted me at the beginning and departure of my stay which meant so much.

A true vacation spot! Exceptionally clean, very hospitable.

Let me start by saying the communication was excellent. The location was perfect to everything. The ocean view was beautiful. It was impeccably clean and exceeded my expectations. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The shower was wonderful as well as the tub. There is a washer and dryer which made my return home easy since I was about to wash and pack. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were decorated nicely. Overall , fantastic stay!

I Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely gorgeous view, very nice room with a full kitchen. Huge bathroom , with a shower and spa tub. Balcony to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Ability to walk straight onto the beach in three minutes. I felt safe walking around at night. There are tons of things to do around right in the area besides going to the beach, plus delicious seafood restaurants everywhere.

The only thing I didn't like was having to clean up every day. Good thing I brought a lot of my own cleaning supplies because I had to clean every day. I usually get a hotel so I don't have to clean but I got a good kitchen instead. Fair trade imo.

Layout of room & view was very nice!

Not satisfied with the text when room is ready program. If check-in is at 4:00, room SHOULD BE READY AT 4:00. Receiving text messages while I'm driving to beach is inconvenient. THE EXTRA CHARGE OF $45 FOR PARKING ONE VEHICLE DURING THE STAY IS RIDICULOUS CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE STAY. I UNDERSTAND $45 FOR AN ADDITIONAL VEHICLE BUT NOT FOR ONE.

The location next to homes and then Gulf Shores State Park. peaceful and no huge crowds, close to attractions

location great, facility average

construction of adjacent hi rise property and construction work on the property as an elevator was out of service. Also to use a grill you had to walk across the parking lot and use one next to the busy main road. Aldo the furnishings were equal to a mid range hotel and the seating was like hard cement cushions….very uncomfortable and you would rather sit in a folding metal chair than the couch

Everything! The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. Short walk to the beach and a nice view of the ocean. I go to Gulf Shores at least twice a year and have finally found a place that I will definitely return to!

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room and close to ocean.

paying an additional $45 to park on the property was kind of a turn off for me.

Great place to stay for 2 adults.

The room setup, balcony view and the beachfront. The location of the resort was well planned out.

That it was not a pet friendly room. I would love to have a pet friendly room on the first floor, 2 rooms. I would even pay a fee to have our small dog stay with us.
