Other than the unlocked room, and it only being a one night stay, it was suitable.

Location

The room was unlocked after I checked in and went to the room. If I had arrived later to an unlocked room, I would not have felt safe.

We stayed 2 nights and only had one towel each.. not enough to be able to go swimming in the pool and take showers. No one came to take the old towels and give us new ones.. The frig didn't make my drinks cold enough.. The room was really small. It would've been nice to have a chair for each of us and a small table.. It was me and my husband. One really nice thing was the office guys and the people around us were really nice. The room we had would be great for one person. But all in all it was ok.

Poor

Good location close to the center of town

The 1st room which the price was advertised for was horrible, small no furniture dirty. Front desk was helpful. I paid extra 75 to be moved into double queen which was better but still dirty. Bought cleaning supplies and sheets to make it as comfortable as possible

Always enjoy staying there good value but need better attention to details and customer service

Very old, run down, and unclean place to sleep. Cheap!

Location was great. The air conditioners were old but worked great. The pool areas were nice, but we didn't use them.

Place was dirty. Bathroom floor had hair all over and the floor through out turned my bare feet black. The patio furniture was old and dirty. Couldn't sit on them without putting a towel down. Spiders adorned the bedroom ceiling. Our 'suite' had 2 tvs. 1 in each bedroom. Neither 1 worked. The remotes didn't work either. The front desk guy rebooted the 1 tv that did have cable but it would stop working and remotes wouldn't do anything. My 81 year old Dad had nothing to watch all day while my hubby and I went to an event. He was very disappointed. Will not stay here again.

Bad place to stay!

The Customer service at the counter was very good! Two young men sitting at reception was very friendly, Courteous!

The room had no adequate pillows! Plus the bathroom faucet was broken! Toilet sit was moving while you try to sit! Room was not clean enough! The cheapest smelly towels they provided, no enough toiletries in the bath room! I won't go to the same place again on my next visit!

Horrible never again.

The place was falling apart the shower faucet was falling off a sink drain pug did not work. The toilet seat was falling off the bed was hard and very uncomfortable and to top it all off the door did not lock. I highly advise do not stay there.

A appreciate the face that the beds were metal framed and there was no carpet!

Could have used some sort of entry place for shoes/outdoor mat? The floors got dirty quickly. Maybe even just have a small dustpan/broom available.

More of an upgraded motel than a resort

Good value for your buck. Easy and convenient. Comfortable (enough) bed Microwave and fridge I'm every room

Heating didn't work on one of the two rooms Bathtub clogged Toilet didn't stop leaking water all night, noisy, the morning after it didn't even flush at all.

Find another hotel.

Location was convenient.

The one bed cover was dirty, the shower curtain was moldy, and the TV would not work.

The floors were not swept very well in one area-there was a little pile of dirt and debris in one corner of the room. It would have been nice to have a few paper cups.

It was close to all attractions in the area

The room was not clean. The bathroom door was filthy, they only had 1 towel in the room, the floor was sticky in the room, and the beds were not comfortable.

Not a comfortable stay

It’s location and front porch.

The description for the place was NOT accurate. The beds were uncomfortable. I had to ask for my garbage to be taken out and kept requesting towels. There was a lot of bugs (spiders and ants). The shower curtain was disgusting 🤮
