Great value, beautiful but call to make sure the amenities are all open before you go!

Convenient, beautiful, everything you could ask for all in one location!

The main pool was closed and we were not informed of this before we drove all the way from Wisconsin!

Exceptional

Location, Resort at all, personnell, music ( Clay Underwood is a blast)., fire works were awesome, never seen something like that.

The bartender (Rafael)....he should be more proactive and coopertive....

it’s a great place to stay. they need to fix rooms door locks

had everything my family needed. with little kids we were going from pool to beach to pool to beach constantly. easy access

I had 2 rooms and both front doors and doors to neighbors rooms locks didn’t work.

Our first trip with our young kids was an absolute nightmare!

landscaping and location

ROACHES!!! Spent the last night killing them and going through all of our stuff. Got Stuck On The Elevator. You can see in the pictures!!!Management pretty much said tough sh:t .Booked a beach view received a bottom floor in front of the tennis court. Cold Food at Restaurant and Over Priced. 16.00 hamburger at food shack. pool cabanas weren’t policed. people left items all day to hold them. No cleaning service or towels. received towels after 4pm every day. sewage smell. poor water pressure. out dated rooms. Very much like a motel. poor customer service in response to being stuck on elevator. really scared our two young children. Overall horrible experience. construction. Absolutely no excuses can be made by management and staff. No apologies. nothing but a refund! Do not get suckered in by the pictures. this hotel is under construction and needs new management. I feel like my wife and I were robbed of what was supposed to be a memorable experience for our boys first trip to the coast. We worked hard to make this happen for them.

check in was late, ruined evening plans. leak in room, ruined second night dinner plans., had to switch, unhelpful front desk, mainly Javier.

Under construction

Hotel rooms are updated, but the structure is older

The condos attached to the resort are under construction, nobody mentioned this during booking, but they wanted to make sure my deposit was in because it was spring break.

Falsely advertised, very disappointed.

The pool was great! The kids had a great time in the pool and the multiple hot tubs. We also enjoyed having a bar accessible while at the pool.

The room was NOT as advertised. All the pictures were from the view of the condos, the actual rooms rented were dirty, very old and run down with a few upgrades. Their cancellation policy kept us from leaving which was in poor taste. There was hair in the drain, dirt in the corners of the room, stained carpet and the mini-fridge hit the floor when you would open it. The air smelled musty and it was clear the air ducts had not been cleaned. The sliding glass door was so corroded the kids could not open it without help. (8 and 11). They did switch us to another room which was only a marginal improvement.

Friendly employees, clean atmosphere, good location, maid service daily, location to the beach, spacious rooms accessibility to facilities.

1st night, there was a 🪳 in the room and There was a flea in my hair the next morning. Told the front desk & they sent someone out with a can of bug spray. No coffee makers or microwaves in room.

Overall had a pleasant stay

The resort is beautiful. Love the wk up bars and food at the pool area, and tht there was more than one. Staff was very friendly.

Amenities in room are a bit dated for paying almost $300 for one night, and not on a holiday

The paper work took about 30 minutes to fill out, once we got to the room we had to go thru a check list to make sure the room has everything it's supposed to (keep in mind the page is full of things to check off) that took about another hr or so. It was a very frustrating process especially because we didn't know what the room is supposed to have and not have. That literally was a waste of time. By the time we finished everything it was about 730pm we had arrived at about 545pm. They mentioned the process isn't usually like that but the excuse was (because it's spring break)

The stay was awesome!

The view from the 12th floor was fantastic. Quality was exceptional. Beach was beautiful and it was a full moon evening.

The NFL ticket at the quarterdeck with the Taco Bar employees were not friendly at all. It seems that we had bothered them. We were not acknowledged and no one else was in there except employees. We almost turned around and walk out but my husband wanted to see one of the Football games showing. I didn't feel welcome, bottom line. I had to ask them how the taco bar worked. Not going in there anymore, will find another place to watch game.

It’s good but not living up to 4 star hotels

It’s good but I’ll be a little picky since it’s claimed 4 stars. Shower was lukewarm we called them no one showed up for 3 hours so we called them again. A tech came but couldn’t fix it no solution offered. When we checked in the room temperature was 60 degrees. It took 4 hours it went up to 72. Come on! How’s it 4 star service.
