Location and quiet environment

Housekeeper didn't give clean towels on the last night of our stay

old, needs updating, the cleaning crew don’t clean there’s a lot of dust on fixtures, kitchen, bathroom, lamps. 

This is ALWAYS a great stay, family loves it.

Marina Inn at Grand Dunes does not disappoint. I stayed a few days to celebrate my birthday. The view of the pool and marina was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of activities and shopping in close proximity, which is super convenient. The staff members are quite nice and friendly. Enjoyed my stay once again!

Water kept coming out of the shower due to the barrier being loose at the bottom of the shower door. The lighting is not great if you're one to take pictures 😕

Peace and quiet

I was grateful for the upgrade to a 2 bedroom however, I was by myself and only occupied 1 area. So, I felt it was a waste. I wished room service would include an actual menu. I only wanted 2 soft tacos, not 2 orders of soft tacos and 2 fries. I wish it would've mentioned the meat wasn't ground beef. I wasn't pleased with all of the stains on the countertops and carpet. And really didn't appreciate seeing a roach. Even though it was one roach and it appeared only on the 1st night, I was very uncomfortable the entire weekend. The shower drainer in the master bathroom wasn't allowing water to go down, this stayed at my ankles. And this could be the reason there was a roach in the bathroom. This was my 3rd visit and I loved the balconies view, however this time the view was horrible. I spent almost $600 for my room and room service and felt it wasn't worth a penny!!!!
