Parking lot design could be better Room doors rattle when other guests open and close their doors. Soundproofing between rooms could be improved

Access to the lift is decent, but a good 10 minute walk with gear. Could be a lot for little kids.

Everything was very dated. Our bedroom door didn’t close, lights didn’t work. No housekeeping services. No flexibility on shortening the length of your stay if weather is bad, facilities don’t meet expectations, etc. Only dinner was available at the restaurant. Facilities are consistent with timeshare- basic. Although the location seems great, unless you want to walk a good ten minutes with gear on, it’s better to drive and park. The town is nothing cute, no Main Street, nothing really there. Not a resort/vacation destination like Stowe.

The location was great. Room size was generous. Quality of food in restaurant was good pub food.

The only thing ‘grand’ about this hotel is the size of the building. The interior is dated and basic like a Best Western &Co. Paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Heater sounded like a freight train. There is no bed-making or room cleaning unless you request it 24h in advance, and this was only explained after complaining (the room description says housekeeping is included). Basically self catering for 300+$/night! The ‘grand café’ is a gas station style mart with the hotel’s own merchandise, Starbucks Coffee and pre packed snacks in a cooler. Nowhere to sit. In the restaurant food choices for vegetarians are sparse. Waiters were mostly untrained and unknowledgeable. Tea was served with coffee-flavored water. Kitchen unwilling to accommodate simple request to leave one ingredient out of a dish assembled in the kitchen.

amenities were closed on a Monday. restaurant was closed when we arrived and would not open until wednesday. there are no other shops in the area to buy food.

Killington Grand hot tubs, glad they were open. Availability of local restaurants, the Grand restaurant was poor,, limited menu, again partly because of Covid. Ski storage service was nice, parking was OK.
