Nice clean accommodations. Comfortable beds, fast elevators, great access to beach, friendly, helpful staff at front desk ( Kaiah)

I cannot think of anything that did not meet or exceed our expectations. A tad on the pricey side, but we did get what we paid for.

Our condo was amazing.

There wasn’t breakfast. We wish there was more food at the resort.

We didn’t know it was pride weekend. There was too much going on and we wanted to enjoy our family.

my family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here, we even unexpectedly extended it by a night.

location, location, location! fully stocked apartment. multiple pools, beach access on both sides, kids amenities, with bar/restaurants all on site.

for the cleaning fee, the room could’ve been cleaner, but was not terrible.

I have been going to the Florida panhandle for many years and have stayed in multiple different resorts. This trip was a

very nice facility, our room was very clean and comfortable

we stayed in tower 4 in the 6th floor, the luggage carts were on the first floor and our designated parking was on the 3rd floor, to unload luggage you couldn’t unload on the 3rd floor where you park because of steps between parking and elevators so you have to unload on the first floor, drive up to your parking space and bring up your luggage in the elevator to your condo. it’s not convenient or easy to load and unload your luggage to take to your room

shower doors broken, window blinds didn’t work, couldn’t see the view. TV in living room didn’t work. Jacuzzi tube dirty. I checked out a day early, asked booking for 1 night refund, did not here from them.

if you’re willing to pay then portofino is a wonderful place to stay

Portofino has been our preferred destination for years. the resort is beautiful and the amenities are great.

we’ve never had a problem until this past weekend. we asked for a towel since we forgot to grab one from our room for our kids and a staff personnel was very rude and wouldn’t give us one.

I like the property location

I have stayed there before and the building needs upkeep. There was water in the parking deck standing. The place needs a pressure wash or repainting. The washer and dryer were very loud. The coffee maker did not work in the room. The staff could not get us another coffee maker. The last time we stayed we had access to the bench cabinas and other amenities. This time we did not. Too pay as much as we paid and not have all resort amenities is problematic. I will not stay again unless things look better and amenities are included.

I liked that it’s a resort and I didn’t have to leave for anything!

They need to explain at check in that you need to unload on the bottom floor because where you park there are stairs so we had to push a loaded cart down the car ramp. Haha it worked out and we know now foe next time. Other than that, our stay was amazing.
