Wasn’t worth the money

It was on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

They didn’t seem prepared for guests. Towels not available at the pool. Very limited menu at restaurant. Even though it was windy, the pool area was a mess.

Pensacola Beach Resort is a Caribbean escape nestled along the Gulf Coast.

It was pristine. I didn’t want to leave. We had a king suite Gulf side and it was heaven. We are already planning our next stay. Hoping we can get the same room yearly-as long as the resort remains with this level of security, luxury, and hospitality.

I don’t have any dislikes. This was my first stay.

beach club not open, had to pay for beach chairs, gift shop not open due to renovations. 18% gratuity on anything purchased.

Great location, to pricey for the condition of the room and no room service. Very disappointed

Our ac didn't work, they took $50.00 for Incase of room service but when I called for room service they did not offer room service at this time. Beds were very hard and something kept biting my back to were there was blood spot on my sheets.

It was great. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the view was stunning!

Great BIRTHDAY trip

I loved the room and the view. The staff was excellent and friendly.

The room didn't have a microwave, and the reservation was overpriced. It would have been cheaper booking directly with the hotel.

The rooms need to be made a little more comfortable , overall the facilities were great!

Proximity to beach and all of the restaurants — the on-site restaurant and bar were great!

The bed in the rooms are to high up- there was no sofa or loveseat in the room - for the price you pay it should have a little luxury. We had one chair which was not pretty or comfortable. The facility was great!

We stayed at the Pensacola resort for the weekend we had an amazing time with awesome views, Pool was really nice my kid

View was breathtaking. Scott the bellman was very sweet and helpful! The lobby is very inviting with plenty of seating for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.

The food served in the restraunt was always Luke warm. There wasn’t enough parking available in the parking garage. The floor in the room wasn’t very clean. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.

Find A Different Hotel

Very clean, and comfortable hotel.

AC made a loud noise our whole stay, and the staff couldn't fix it. Actually, we finally checked out a night early because of it. This hotel is a 100% smoke free. Almost every time we got off the elevator the hall smelled like weed, yes I reported it over and over. We set on the balcony and was constantly smelling nasty cigarette, and weed smoke. I hate the smell of both. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

Exceptional property that exceeded all our expectations.

The property was located near restaurants and attractions. The beach was private and offered exceptional views. The pool area offered amazing Gulf views as well as a Tiki bar with music. The room faced the Gulf and was well appointed with a comfortable bed. The staff were all friendly. On-site restaurant and bar offered wonderful food options all day.

No down sides at all.

The hotel overall was very nice.

The hotel was great. I will definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the air-conditioning, quit working in the middle of the night, and we had to move to another room. We would have appreciated being compensated more, but they just gave us two free breakfasts which I thought was kind of cheap. Other than that it was a good experience.

A microwave in the room would have been appreciated, instead of having to go down to the front desk and have them heat your items for you

They offered and had a bottle of champagne brought to us while we were out to dinner. Just got married and they honored that.

location and beach view. Staff were great.

beds were so high they were very hard to get into. no laundry facilities. nothing at the beach to shower off sand. I was overcharged my first night. they charged me $625. they kept saying they would fix it. no microwave in the room.

Very good

The hotel and view of the ocean were beautiful. Our room was very nice and spacious. I enjoyed the yoga class. The concierge was very helpful.

We did not get into our room on the first day until 4:30 p.m. We only received cleaning service for our room once during our 4 day stay and I had to go to front desk to ask about someone coming in to clean. Front desk was not exactly helpful. They could not tell me when it would be cleaned. I thought there would be more activities to participate in on Friday and Saturday.
