Clean quiet and old.

Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet.

Tesla chargers blocked by non-ev cars. TV was ancient. Plumbing needs upgrade.

Our stay was nice and quiet and the hotel personal were very welcoming.

The premises seemed clean but the place is a bit dated and could used some new paint in places.

River Lodge is my favorite place to stay at in Laughlin.

The River Lodge is my choice of hotel to stay every time I go to Laughlin (which is quite often!) I appreciate that there is no resort fee charge and they have many options of “mini casinos” within the casino. Big Horn Cafe has the best food in Laughlin.

I really wish they would upgrade the TVs in the rooms as well as the cable/satellite service they currently have. You can only get like 6 channels and some of them don’t have sound.

Great place. I'd stay again

I loved the view! Also liked that I was put into a newly renovated room. I went down to get breakfast at the Bighorn Cafe and it was a lot. It only cost me 5$. It was great that I had a microwave and a fridge in my room. The general store had everything I could need!

There were only 15 channels besides a few news channels. Also, I would've had to call to get ice or to get a hair dryer. By that time, I wasn't dressed to call for the hair dryer, so I just let it dry. I really needed lotion but I had to go to the general store to buy some. Last thing was that there was no plug by the bed to charge my phone so I had to pull the lamp on the table closer to charge it.

We had a great trip.

Everything was good. Rooms were nice. All employees we came in contact with were very friendly. We will stay here again next year.

Very nice overnight stay at the hotel but the city needs some work. There really isn’t much to do.

Nice large room overlooking the river. Very clean and super comfortable bed. Room had all the basics

There was only 1 chair in the room! Plenty of room for a small round table and 2 chairs so that we didn’t need to sit on the bed.

Don’t waste your money on this place!

it was in our desired location

it’s no longer a non smoking establishment, wi fi is horrible, no refrigerator in room, supposedly your suppose to get complimentary ice and water, no ice bucket to put ice in, ice machines on every floor, however, they don’t work, the gym opens at 6 but it wasn’t open went to ask for help and after an hour of waiting just gave up, only 1 working restaurant in the whole casino which waited for 10 minutes before someone even came to the front to seat us! The bourbon street casino, only a third of the machines work, the pool table balls aren’t complete (there were 2 eight balls, missing the 12, went to ask for it said they didn’t have it) the pool area outside has no umbrellas for the lounge chairs, there are tables with umbrellas but otherwise you’re going to bake! The sport book betting machine almost ate my license, security had to come and fish it out, the TV in the room was literally 30 years old no HDMI cable! This was not worth a fraction of what was paid for this crappy establishment.

Their restaurant is really good.

Staff who helped us was rude, her name is Brittaney. Hotel was not clean, we found trash in the restroom's floor. It did not smell clean at all.

Disappointed , Inconvenienced .....

The only thing that well well was the fun time we had at another hotel.

We have stayed here multiple times, I have recommended this hotel to my friends and family. Unfortunately , this will be the last time. We stayed in the Family suite, which was nice, until, we discover, we had no coffee machine , no ice bucket, no paper towels. The ice machines could not be used, to get ice, you had to call the operator and order ice, which they bring to your room, it is the size of a basketball. I went down to the front desk to inquire as what was the reason for all this change . Excuse given, Covid!!!! What is interesting, is that we had friends staying at other hotels in Laughlin, and had all their amenities. No more....

It's ok

We have stayed here multiple times and definitely enjoy that the pool is never too busy, it has a little Beach area right in front of the hotel and the beds are comfy

I do not like the fact that you have to go ask for a bag of ice downstairs and it's a tiny bag of ice the fact that you pay extra for Riverview and the windows are so dirty you can't even see out the window to look at the Riverview that I paid extra for I booked a king size room and I got a room with two full beds, there isn't many places to eat either except for a cafe and a Mexican restaurant but you have to be 21 or older to eat there and the fact that I paid almost $400 for a weekend due to Riverview and I couldn't even enjoy the river view.

Probably is a little dated but has access to the Colorado river and JetSki rentals perfect for a time on the river.
