Beautiful location .

Third visit , loved the staff we have spent time with in previous visits.

We were in the Serenity building which you could normally count on to be just that , yet families with children were booked in the adjoining room twice during our stay , so a little noisy. A couple housekeeping misses and the restaurant wait time was excessive a few times and ran out of the dinner item we had chosen one night . It’s my understanding they were understaffed .

My room wasn't done one day after I leave and came back. Ask some one to do it when I was going out and I came back it wasn't done. Had to just ask for some fresh towels.which was ok.

This is a lovely hotel and great for families.

The hotel has a relaxing vibe. The rooms were lovely and the view was great. Shuttle to town was useful.

The hotel was pricey. Bought cocktails in happy hour but charged the same price as non-happy hour. Asked to upgrade a room but told hotel was fully booked, not sure this was the case as many rooms appeared empty and the day before there were other options online.

When we first arrived hotel, I told front desk we had a separate back to back reservation hope to stay in the same room to avoid moving because we had activities early morning next day. The agent told us no we have to move because different room type reservations we booked. We were a little disappointed because we need to wake up very early to move. We don’t know if the room will be ready for us to check in that early of the time, then we need to get ready for our all day plans outside. Other agent Stephanie helped us out and covered told us no need to move for the next day. I appreciate for that:)

With the rates we paid hotel didn’t serve complementary breakfast and check in was after 4pm. We arrived a little early after 1pm from a long driving distance was expecting if we could get a little bit earlier check in, we didn’t receive the hotel call for a room ready until 4:30pm, so it turned out we went on a boat while waiting checked in at 9pm

The room was nice and the marina was nice

The staff , very bad neighborhood around the location, food was very bad . We can not use the pool because it was over heat - Technical problem . We paid but we use nothing . Not nice view with the electric on the background. Trash everywhere. Floor black very dirty . I don’t recommend this hotel .

a trip to paradise

beautiful place in a little harbor, nice rooms with enough space for 4 persons (suite), swimming pool was open until 10 pm. a lot of water activities nearby and close by the city (10 min drive)

nice friendly staff good rooms but for the price I would expect a little more

quiet nice facility

a little farther out of town than I would have liked. 2 of the shuttle buses weren’t in service first night. Ice machine input unit didn’t work. reported twice. wouldn’t be an issue if I wasn’t paying $700 a night

Our first night in the Keys was a pleasure! Beautiful location, lovely room, a fine dinner.

Liked the surroundings, room, dinner in restaurant on premises.

Went to look through the books on the shelf in the room, only to find them nailed together! Travesty to do that with books! And a waste!

We stayed at a hotel in the historic district for three nights before moving to the Oceans Edge for four nights. It was

The property was very well maintained and the rooms were very large and bright and clean!

The hotel is not near anything walkable. While there is a shuttle, it only goes downtown and leaves hourly. We wound up using Ubers each time we wanted to go somewhere. More shuttles and different destinations would be useful.

location was away from all the action. need to drive 20 mins at least for everything and the surrounding location near resort was run down and unsafe.

Overall a scenic location with very comfy rooms

Very clean and spacious property with tons of pools. The shuttle drivers were extremely accommodating and full of knowledge about the island. The area with kayak, paddle boards, and bicycles to rent would have been fun to try out as well.

Restaurant options were a bit pricey even for breakfast. Snack options limited and expensive.

Very nice room with a good view of the marina. Lots of space. Nice pool area. Very comfortable bed.

Far away from downtown- not a problem for us as this was a one night accommodation before flying out early in the morning- but it is advertised as close to Duvall st., which is somewhat misleading, especially since it is on Stock Island.

Beautiful grounds and marina. Room was very clean.

Had to make reservations for the free hotel shuttle to Old Town, which was fine. One night we weren’t able to get on the shuttle for which we had made reservations, because it was full, so we had to Uber. Why take reservations when you don’t keep them?

Key West ocean side oasis!

Nice rooms, large bright clean and comfortable. Really liked the pools. Laid out as 6 small pools with plenty of poolside seats. Whole resort layout was nice with seaviews for everyone and parking for each block.

Just one smallish bar / cafe/ restaurant which was nice enough but seemed limited for a resort. Opened at 8 am and closed at 11pm. Not exactly swinging.

Ocean’s Edge is a nice, clean, coastal resort that is reasonably priced.

It was the other side of the island from popular touristy places, but that was okay with us. They had a complimentary shuttle on the hour both ways, and Jeff the driver was amazing. He was full of knowledge about Key West and a great guy. JJ was a great jet ski tour guide, and our Russian/Yugoslavian waiter from Paraguay (haha) was so nice. The room decor was coastal and beautiful.

Okay, there was one large roach outside our room door, but I understand it’s an island/state wide issue. They did send someone up to check out the situation immediately.

100 % recommend the food is delicious the manager claudia IS AMAZING !!!

I wanna thank manny and Danny with house keeping and maintenance they helped us with our flat tire and didn’t hesitate to help us and tried there very best , and Claudia is a very sweet person front desk they kept us safe and warned about the weather and comforted us I highly recommend this resort nice and beautiful 🤍
