I love the place. I love that everything was nearby. I love being able to text staff for communication rather then having to go search for staff or etc. ..

I didn't like the flickering of my light in the bathroom. The room was not what I expected based off photos and details.

Staff was pleasant and the room was clean.

I couldn’t rest because other guest or staff was extremely loud. This went on until about 5 in the morning😡

The pool was great and the area was lovely

Parking was overflowing in the parking garage. Had to drive around for 30 minutes waiting for a spot. The room was small and not convenient. No desk, no where to plug your phone up by the bed. The pool area wasn’t very clean.

Access to amazing beaches. Great bayside view from our balcony. The gym was amazing and spacious!

The staff at times could come across as rude or annoyed. The tram service is severely lacking. They are supposed to run every 30 minutes at each stop however after waiting for that long it was faster to just drive my car to the beach side. They nickel and dime you everywhere on the resort. The food was good but automatically adds 20% gratuity. All in all we loved the beaches but will not be returning to this resort.

Location was great. The view was great. The property had plenty of activities along with restaurants really didn’t have to leave the resort.

stayed five days and didn’t get our room cleaned one time so there were sand all over the floor so anytime you showered it was like stepping right back onto the beach along with sand feeling like it was in the bed.

The room was equivalent to a Super 8 motel. Dirty, out dated and smelled bad.
