Superb

Great value for money, spacious accommodation. Kitchen was fully stocked, all the appliances and utensils we needed were there

Exactly what I was looking for.

Everything was very clean, maintenance of property is done great, family and friendly atmosphere, no wild parties, perfect to relax and enjoy, the kayaks on property where a cheery on the top! Loved it. Will come back, will refer to my friends and family.

A boat rental or boat ride on property would be nice. Then I would never leave the property 😅 But that is not a deal breaker. Enjoyed my stay.

Great value and central location.

it was nice to have a kitchen and the view of the canal was lovely. Seemed to have a nice pool.

It’s dated, the rooms are not soundproof or really even sound resistant.

Passable

Ashley was so pleasant and very helpful. The pool area was nice as well as the tennis court.

The beds were not comfortable at all and the television channels were not coming in only one channel was working. I was not impressed with the bathroom.

Overall very enjoyable.

Kitchen was clean, room was clean, beds were not that comfortable - springs are too bouncy! Our own private terrace was lovely.

My second time staying at ocean reef i enjoy my stay but no internet i didn't like that

Exceptional

We did not eat at the resort so we can't rate the restaurant. The staff were wonderful! The one bedroom apt was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed including a beautiful view from our balcony.

They stay was amazing and we will definately be back.

We like the fact that we were able to relax especially in the hot tub and the tasty breakfast. I also like the security on site😁

The vending machines and ice machines were not working. And the wifi was to slow.

Staff was great. Over the top to accommodate your needs.

Restaurant has very good food. Great for boaters who can slip at the property. Hattie was excellent as our receptionist!

It’s a little far from the beach. The rooms are dated and our bathroom door was broken so it wouldn’t close.

Disappointing

I liked the spacing, and it was clean

There was no hot water, no free wifi, i was told the WIFI is $8.99 per night, and there was no cable on the downstairs TV. I reported it with hopes that someone would at least call or show up, and no one did. We had to resort to hot spotting so my kids could play their games. It was really not worth the nightly rate. This was really my first time staying at the resort, and for a Christmas break, it's a no for me. Even though it was cold outside, my kids went on the playground and into the gym. Imagine planning something all year and to hear your kids say we should have stayed home 😩 but nevertheless, we played games to make the stay enjoyable.

SO COMFORTABLE

It was a secure property. Also very quiet and extremely comfortable.

Jacuzzi stopper wasn't functioning and the bedroom blinds were broken. Overall it was minimal. We really enjoyed the stay.

I had an enjoyable stay. The staff at front desk were very nice and accommodating, room early.

I liked the location, it was nice and quiet, pool area was nice

The power went off twice in Friday & wish there was at least a few coffee pods to go with the pot.

We stayed only one night but had a good night sleep. Our stay was short and good.

We did not have breakfast because opening of restaurant started only at 12pm. This is to late.
