Schöner Aufenthaltsort in Lake Tahoe.

Wir haben ein Apartment mit drei Zimmern für zwei Nächte reserviert, und es hat uns knapp 2000 Dollar gekostet. Die Einrichtung war sauber und zeitgemäß. Es gab 2-3 Gegenstände, die beschädigt waren, aber ich denke, es war noch im akzeptablen Rahmen. Wir wären bereit, es wieder zu buchen.

Achtung keine Aufladestation für Elektroautos. Die Hauptstraße verläuft direkt neben dem Hotel und war sehr laut. Wir mussten die Resortgebühren über Booking.com bezahlen, aber Zalanta hat uns zusätzlich noch einmal den Betrag auf unserer Kreditkarte belastet. Nachdem wir eine E-Mail geschrieben und Belege vorgelegt haben, wurde uns der Betrag zurückerstattet. Ist das eine Masche oder ein Versehen? Ich empfehle ihnen, Ihre Kreditkartenabrechnung nach dem Aufenthalt sorgfältig zu überprüfen.

I would stay again, nice…expensive. They did not deliver this time

It’s a nice property. All individual owned condos. More upscale usually when we come here. About 6 times now. This time was … blah. Girl at front desk acted like we were a bother to her and why would we disturb her at her work! We dealt with her three times in our stay there and I was so close to having a word with a Manager. We are talking 800 a night. I went through booking.com which includes all fees and taxes . When we got to the resort, the said girl wanted our credit card to charge for resort fees. I told her and she could see that we paid and were charged through booking for that. But she insisted. We traveled and were up very early and I was not going to argue and I would deal with it later . We were assigned room 319 we know the rooms as we have stayed before. We were somewhat disappointed this time. They had a 8 x 10 throw rug on top of the original rug all the corners of the throw rug were turned up. When you walk in the room, you’re looking at the view and not at the floor. My husband, who is 60 years old started walking towards the slider to open it, and because the corner was turned up, caught his foot, and he tripped. Also, one of the beds in the bedroom the mattress was horrible. Several times I went down to the front desk to talk with the girl and nobody was there different times of the day and early evening. Also, I spoke with Booking.com, and they said they should not be charging me for the resort fee.

Beautiful room

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in. I had the two bedroom two bath condo/suite. Everything was high-end and lovely. Beautiful vaulted ceilings, huge windows, just gorgeous. Near a lot of fun activities and restaurants as well.

Only has a couple of issues.. the pocket doors were incredibly hard to lock. They didn’t quite line up with the door frame, so had to wiggle them around a bit to lock them, and even then they were so stiff. Also our toilet in the main bathroom had a small leak. Otherwise, great stay

Best place for families to stay!

this is the most comfortable property for families. this was my fifth stay and I will be back for more.

Disappointing

We unfortunately experienced a power shortage during our stay and were offered an alternative accommodation that was far below our expectations. We were told we would be compensated and we are still waiting to hear from the property despite many attempts to reach out to them. Very disappointing.

beautiful and spacious we were a family of 4 in a three bedroom. fabulous location- near everything!

loud music started Thursday night (we left Friday morning)and played until 3am. glad we didn’t stay over the weekend and we’re there Monday- Thursday instead.

Receptionist Kathy was beyond great. Made us feel welcome and she was on top of all we needed. Room was great so big, kids enjoyed having their own room.

Loved It

We love our stay here, the 2-bedroom condo was so perfect for our family. It is nicely decorated and appointed, and a great location right in the center of everything, yet peaceful and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and spa is very nice and well designed. It is worth it to stay here, we highly recommend!

Comfortable, specious and well appointed rooms. Great for families

Spacious and well furnished rooms with all amenities for long stays. We had booked a two bed room apartment but we were upgraded to a three bed apartment. Great place to stay together with the family. They have a nice bbq at the balcony

Great place but recommend only a too floor room

Beautiful facility with exceptional location. Friendly staff.

We were on the second floor and the walls must be very think. Extremely noisy residents on the floor above us. Extremely annoying. Sounded like they were jumping with every step they took.

I would happily stay at Zalanta again. I will check for availability the next time I visit the area.

The condo was beautiful and well stocked with kitchen essentials. We were within walking distance of almost everything and only had to get a car to travel to our boat cruise, which left from the Keys Marina. The pool was a welcome and quiet respite every afternoon.

My only wish would be for daily cleaning service (suspended during Covid) and enough coffee filters to fit the machine (cone filter) for the duration of our stay.

Issac was extremely helpful and friendly when we checked in. He answered all of our questions. It was wonderful to start our day with such a wonderful experience.
