I think it's not right to have the room ready at 01:00 pm. Everyday. It is not possible to stay on the beah until that time.

The staff is so polite and courteous, from check in, dinner, breakfast and lunch until check out.. My family enjoyed out stay.. The food is exceptional.. We will surely coming back..

breakfast have a suggetion..live kitchen there. they cooking only omlette. but they are not preparing any south indian dishes..in my past experience with other 5 star hotels they are preparing what we want. That is the meaning of buffet breakfast.I think they are expecting only European Guests to this resturant. The other thing i noticed senior supervisor african national lady staff is very arrogant & showing partiality to customers. I will not consider this resturant in my future stay

In my room A/c was not good at night.feel hot and temperature not going down below 23degree. I discussed this matter with the reception in the morning they informed due to humidity. That is not a good answer for me.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast spread was good. My husband was surprised with a birthday cake from the hotel staff on his birthday , thanks for the kind gesture.

The Pool closure timing at 7pm is too early especially during the summer time.

one of the front desk lady receptionist was not professional and she was almost angry when I asked her as an government's employee can i get some benefit or some else she answered that she don't understand and she will give me an upgrade room and the foom was bad with out sea view !!! and mist ot the tv channels not working
