I should have booked a high floor apartment, even without viewing.

Good location, clean

I booked 2 bedrooms Oceanfront Low apartment, we stayed at the 2rd floor, it was noise, there were flies and mosquitoes in the rooms. I complained to receptionists , they suggested me buy mosquito bracelets. The parking spot we had (No 204) was only for a small car, parking was a nightmare for us.

Beautiful place

Great property, in a great location. Beautiful views and very clean.

The pool lovely but very small. It did have a great outdoor entertainment area. No spa / hot tub.

Overall a pleasant comfortable stay in a great location

The apartment was spacious, quite nice. Unfortunately, on arrival the airconditioning was not functioning and the information blue tacked over the control panel did not resolve the issue. Spoke with after hours person and was rectified several hours later. The location is fabulous, the view was described as rear facing unit with panoramic views and the view were really over roof tops and the swimming pool unless you stood on the small side balcony and peered around the corner toward the esplanade. The price I paid was showing on booking.com at approximately $100 per night cheaper the day before my arrival than when I booked. Extremely disappointed with that. Oh I could also hear the adjoining guests through the bedroom wall on the first night and having the share access door to two units that lock into a closed space with the shared laundry prior to accessing my booked unit was a little un nerving for a single female traveller. I felt quite uneasy with this. Overall a pleasant comfortable stay with things that could be improved upon. If I were to stay again, I would not book the same room type and if available would request a room without a single access door to two separate apartments.

Great location, nice complex but needs a few extra items in apartment.

Great location near patrolled beach, cafes, restaurants and other conveniences. Lovely view of ocean from balcony. Decent size balcony with full size dining table.

Only one of the three bedrooms were connected to the ducted air conditioning so they were quite hot and stuffy even with the ceiling fan on. Lounge suite was too small for number of guests. Kitchen was insufficiently stocked for self-catering - no baking dishes for oven, no salad or serving bowls, no platters or sufficient serving dishes.

cooler Trip nach Coolangatta, sehr zum empfehlen

die Lage ist unglaublich, ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt und diese unendlich weiten Strände.

rundherum wird ziemlich viel gebaut, dadurch tagsüber relativ viel Lärm, geht natürlich auch mal vorbei.

Staff at check in and first day were excelleny explained well and were smiling and polite as we came and went. very good. location,swimming pool.

Staff on check out day were not interested and did not look up or acknowledege guests, were ok once guest commenced interface. Apartment furniture was cheap and worn especially balcony

Overall a great place for holiday

The location is perfect. The staff was always friendly and the room was very clean (except for the microwave that was obviously forgotten while cleaning, but that can happen). The room was nice and spacious, the big closet area is great if you have a lot of luggage or staying for a longer time. The bed was very comfy.

I had some issues with the aircon that were solved only at the end of my trip. The first employees who I asked for help were unfortunately not informed properly and told me there was no solution (in a very friendly way, though). When I addressed the problem a second time, there was an easy solution and it made the rest of my stay a lot more comfortable. My floor was under renovation at the moment of my stay.

Was fantastic, would definitely stay again.

View was beautiful of both hinterlands and beach. Room was beautiful, had everything we needed. Front receptionist was absolutely lovely and very helpful.

The Iconic is modern and clean and in an absolutely perfect location. The staff are super friendly and approachable.

We had three nights which were, on the whole, comfortable.

Position was very good

We needed two car park spaces - we had rented an apartment for our sons family and a studio for us. It’s hard to believe there wasn’t a spare one we could pay for. Our car was parked on a street quite a long way from the hotel so I wouldn’t use the Iconic again for this reason. There was no sink in the kitchenette so we had to wash the dishes in the bathroom which wasn’t really satisfactory.

Great apartment, excellent view, stunning location

The view was stunning. I would totally recommend getting a room with panoramic view if possible 10th floor or above and try and get the sea view if you can. Apartment was spot less and provided all facilities needed for put stay. Kirra Beach itslef is also beautiful and with the Hinterland national park behind the Iconic you could not be in a better place to explore this lovely part of Australia.

There really was nothing about the resort to not like. The only criticisms I would make is that the out of hours contact details weren't clear on the front of the building. We have experienced it in the pats when our entry cards have failed and as there is no after hours reception desk there needs to be a clear facility for this eventuality. It never happened on this occasion but we were not sure of what to do if it did.

Pleasant but could use some tweaking for the business traveller.

Spacious studio room. Excellent bed & bedding. Efficient late check-in using key safe. Cleanliness. Helpful staff. Nice pool. Subtitles on TV worked for the hearing impaired. Location great near airport.

For a business traveler, there was no work desk with power points (in studio at least). There was a high, presumably breakfast table and 2 stools but, the 2 power points nearby were blanked off! Charging laptop etc had to be on the 'wet bench' above fridge. Also, only notified of 'no parking with studio apartment' at last minute...street parking was difficult to find. TV was very erratic and picture fragmented all the time.

Comfortable and unexceptional.

Location, quiet apartment in the corner of the building.

At $450 a night we expected a coffee machine, tissues and at least salt and pepper. All are usually included in an apartment at that price.
