Chambre excellente avec la vue sur la mer et les piscines, rien a dire c'est très sympa

The hotel definitely doesn’t worth to money we pay, I regret greatly stayin there

Nothing!

Hotel is too old and our room was dirty and smelling dampness! Staff was not helpful, electricity went off and they don’t have generator so we had to stay at room with no light and no air conditioner!!

Close to everything.

Great view, stayed on the 17th floor, we could see the amazing ocean and all the activities going on. Pools were amazing we basically had them to ourselves. Extremely close to all restaurants, convenience stores and the beach. The room was comfortable and roomy, the TV had satellite channels which was convenient when the monsoon rain set in for the day.

A major off put was the air conditioning fan/unit/outlet was on the balcony and blew extreme hot air onto us, didn't help that you had to deal with the humidity as well as the unit. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were so soft, you might as well not have had them. When around the pool it would have been nice to be offered drinks 🍸 it would have given the staff something to do, but also bring revenue to the hotel, we had to get up and ask for a drink to be brought out. We possibly would have spent more if this had of been the case.

Perfect view over Patong

The hotel is in a quiet part of Patong. The reception was efficient. Be aware that you might have to pay a safety deposit, which will be paid back after checking out. It’s possible to pay it by credit card. We had a room on 17th floor with a perfect view over the whole beach from Patong. The room was nice, but you can see that the hotel is not new anymore. In front are nice pools. There is a restaurant/bar location on the 19th floor with live music in the evening and overlooking Patong.

The pool area and the surrounding gardens were very well kept Breakfast was great,..a really good choice

Our room was dirty when we first entered! Hairs and stains on bed sheets. The toilet was dirty at the back of seat with more hairs. The side of the bath was full of dust and the glass bathroom door full of fingerprints and old marks. Also, we had a large dead insect at the back of our headboard The floor had not been recently cleaned WiFi was not good and you had to log back in 4/5 times a day AC unit very noisy so you cannot sit out on balcony

Great booking fraud by booking. Com and Andaman beach suites hotel.

I like the way of making foolish to customers. I book my room in the Andaman beach suites and the give me room in another small building, there is no staff, no security, no service. For any need and avail facility, go to far from main building.

Total fraud, booking. Com book room for a 4 star hotel and hotel staff convert it in 0 star small building. This is the reason for not book hotel by you of my next day stay at pattaya and bangkok.

Good location to the beach, away from noisy streets. Staff was nice and attentive, food was great, drinks as well, liked the infinity pool as well. Definitely recomend, especially if you are a couple wanting to have fun but sleep close to Bangla Road 😁

The sauna was closed and had to pay to enjoy, not a plus but you have sauna outside so.

Nice hotel lots of pools and facilities there. Great buffet breakfast. Staff were always polite and helpful

The guy at breakfast making coffees for some people and not others. They had 1 machine and he would hog the machine making 4 coffees in a row keeping everyone else waiting. Amazing Thailand

The service is amazing, the pools are great, the gym is well equipped, location is great for a more laid-back stay in the buzzing Patong, breakfast is sufficient, overall the best value for money. A drink or dinner at the rooftop bar/restaurant is definitely a recommendation.

The bed wasn't that comfortable. Updating/maintenance of some of the rooms could be beneficial.

Totaly dissatisfied I came for my birthday but ended up so unhappy

very old building should be pulled down & built new again- Poor hygiene & bad sewer smell runs through hotel rooms from bathroom waste pipes

honestly employees are very friendly & pleasant but had zero knowledge on services they had on offer or did not have on offer
