Sorry to say that but bad experience
The heating system was not working and we had to sleep completely dressed ! The drinks in the fridge were opened and refilled with water and the room was not professionally cleaned and prepared. I mentioned these problems to the manager and they said they were sorry but at the end, they fully charged the room. This is actually unacceptable

Very good
The location was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful decor in the rooms! The staff were all great too. I was welcomed with a spiked prickly pear lemonade, did a perfume making class, & got a lovely spa treatment during my time there. The location is tucked away but also super close to anything you might need (there’s a Trader Joe’s, restaurants, and an amazing consignment store within walking distance) and the city is right there too.
On one of the nights I was there, there was a huge storm that cut out the power. I assume this happens at least sometimes, so I was hoping there would be a contingency plan. I ended up having to sleep in the 100+ degree weather with no AC and was delayed for my activities the next day because power was still not back on & I couldn’t get ready as planned. There was no information on when the power might come back on. They did cover my breakfast as a courtesy. It was hard to tell if people could see me from outside because the windows by the door are so tall

Girls trip in the desert
Stayed 2 nights for a girls getaway and I must say this resort was top notch. THE SERVICE was amazing. From check in to helping us with our bags into the Uber when we were leaving. They had a text message thread that you could reach anyone for anything. Kudos to all the staff who were working SO00O hard in the extreme heat to get guests whatever they needed! The bungalow was nicely decorated and had all comforts you would expect. Loved the skylight in the bathroom! The resort esthetics were too cute and landscaping beautifully desert. They have little nooks of activities and lounge areas scattered throughout the property. The DJ was at the main pool was great on Friday afternoon. All in all, I will be back on my next trip to beautiful Scottsdale. Thanks Andaz.
The ONLY down side is that when I ordered a spicy margarita at the pool (a very basic drink) it came out absolutely terrible. I believe it was this "fresh mix" that they make and were pouring out of this jug. Considering the level of device on everything else, fresh squeezed cocktails should be standard. Tip: July is unbearable hot...delay until at least October for more comfortable weather and ability to take advantage of outside activities

Overall great with one black mark!
The hotel was good and the staff generally helpful. The room was clean and cosy with a well stock mini bar. The access to the pool was good and the pool staff were particularly helpful
The valet/door person insisted on taking my car keys to move my car with my partner in all of 10 yards and drove it into the curb. He was generally rude. The room service and restaurant menu was very limited.
