Se quedaron mi fianza

La habitación es tal y como se ve en las fotos

Se quedaron con mi fianza de 1000php Tienen un horario limitado de recepción, teniamos que hacer el chek out pronto para coger barco y vuelo ese dia. Nos indicaron que nos devolverian el deposito la noche anterior, pero al ir a cogerlo la recepción ya estaba vacia. Les di mi cuenta del banco pero me decian que en filipinas no existe y no pueden hacer transferencia. Me ofrecian opciones de reembolso filipinas con apps que yo no tengo acceso por lo que me quedo sin solución y sin dinero

We had a great time!

The villa was the perfect size for two adults and our baby. It's absolutely amazing to wake up and be able to go straight out to take a dip in your own private pool. Water was a nice temperature. The breakfast was great as well. They mix it up every day, so you always get something new. The beds are super comfy! I would definitely recommend staying here!

I guess it is to be expected in the provinces, but we had to deal with A LOT of ants around the kitchen and outside dining area. We visited a bit out of peak season, and the staff were incredibly nice - however, we wish house keeping would be more structured. Sometimes, it took several hours for them to pick up the breakfast when we were done. They don't serve anything else than breakfast. Anything else you want, mango shake, cold soda, lunch snack, etc. is all something that has to be ordered through a delivery service or bought outside and bring it back home. I would have rated the whole trip 10/10 if it had been possible to make some small orders for fresh shakes or small meals directly at the villas.

Breakfast served one by one and took 15-20 mins before they delivered the next one to the point that the first one they delivered is called already and lots of flies .

The place itself was great but needs a lot of improvement.

Spacious and attractive. The staff worked hard to please us but the negatives of the place far outweighed the positives. The fan in the outside dining area was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our week long stay. We ended up with lots of flies in the area during eating time.

The pool was too deep. I’m a little over 5 feet and I couldn’t have a leisurely dip because it was over my head. Nor could I eat my breakfast in the pool, as advertised. The place lacked simple amenities, like a chair I could use for work or a phone to reach the front desk easily. The breakfast was very disappointing. Considering the price of the accommodations, I was expecting fresh juice rather than powdered. And the oatmeal we requested was not edible. Parking was also a challenge.

Unforgettable birthday in Panglao

The villa is more than we expect, beautiful place to spend a getaway with your love one. Perfect for honeymooners. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I love the floating breakfast on the pool, what an experience. Surely, we will be back very soon.

The roads going to the place, full of holes and not easy to drive. They need to do something about it.

Lovely accommodation and staff. Excellent value for money.

I've stated at Bali Villas a few times. The villas are great - very private. Lovely space indoors and outside, with a nice private pool. Friendly staff. They can arrange a pick up from the airport, which is 5 mins away. I always rent a moped (circa £6 per day) because its a 5 min drive to Alona beach where all the bars and restaurants are.

Overall, the property was lovely, clean and private.

The privacy of each individual villa was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was nice (although we only had it one morning).

The TV wasn’t great quality which was disappointing! The road to the property is very rough and bumpy. We rented scooters and it was very difficult to get in and out. If you are not planning on renting scooters, the property is quite remote.

Very good

A great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The private pools in the villas were a great touch and well kept. The villa was very big and private. They are self-contained units complete with an outdoor full kitchenette, a big bathroom, walk-in robe, and a big bedroom. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local area. Served plenty of food for breakfast.

Staff telling me different statements For laundry services: first, staff stated that the cost of laundry per kilo is 30 pesos and when I collected my clothes it went doubled for saying rushed service when I got my clothes the next day late in the afternoon Overcharge me with the laundry when they found out that we are not local. and asked for extra 100 pesos for service.. There's only 2 toothbrush provider when we are 4 Only 2 glasses provided Not enough utensils Staff doesn't understand message from online

Super stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Bali Villas. The room and bathroom was nice. The patio area with pool was exceptional and totally private. We like where it was situated, because it was a quiet neighborhood, we rented a motorbike, so the beaches was just a short ride away. Thank you so much Ethel, Joy and Grace for taking so good care of us, always with a smile. And many thanks to the rest of the smiling staff. You made us feel so welcome, and at home.❤️ And we miss you Chow Chow and Branca (the sweetest dogs) Vemund and Maria

Private beautiful Villa

I like the villa as a whole, there's privacy and the floating breakfast in the pool.

The utensils are old and dirty. There's mug that has broken.The kettle heater was not working that time. It is not presentable. Please change and check your kitchen.
