The staff were helpful. The Security guards were both amazing and looked after us. The location. The pool. The TVs in the rooms.

The breakfast was very basic. The price of the food was way to much. The pool closing at 7pm.

I have stayed here many times

location is good. rooms on third floor are spacious enough. the beach is right there.

the front reception is very budget. none of the staff make you feel welcome. there’s cannabis being smoked everywhere. the pool and grass area around it is littered with party debris including empty bottles and chips bags in the morning. not even cleaned up by 9am. the towels are thread bare. the breakfast is very basic. just not a welcoming experience at all.

Very good. Will be back foresure.

There was a lot of plastic litter on beach, not enough bins provided. Everytime I walked on the beach I was picking up plastic litter!!

Just a lovely hotel right on the beach, really good swimming pool with nice views. The room we had was ground floor with direct access to the pool. The room was spotlessly clean, what made our holiday were the staff so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. If ever you decide to stay in Karon give this hotel a serious look, will certainly be coming back. To the staff thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Very good. Egg selection cooked on request. Good range of fresh fruit and cereals. Ground floor room with private patio, loungers, umbrella and table was just perfect. Definitely the best room to book.

All aspects were fine…..nothing to dislike. Might have been a more attractively priced ‘happy hour’ to encourage more use and interaction at the poolside bar.

the location is perfect, easily walking distance to shops, restaurants etc and the beach is on your door step

Food was pretty average. breakfast Buffett felt a little limited

The hotel is located at the end of Karon beach, a nice quiet place by the sea, a lot of greenery.

The terrace door was not locked, the safe was not attached to the wall, it took an hour for the employee to solve these problems. We ordered the room with pool view, instead of received the room with the view to the chairs of the bar.

The location facing directly onto the beautiful beach is hard to beat. The only problem we had was noise with music from the beach bar next door thumping till late at night

Fantastic location, great pool, amazing beach, lovely room, clean and comfortable

Buffet breakfast was very limited and not enjoyable, limited selection of food so we stopped coming to breakfast altogether for the last few mornings.
