The staff really were exceptional. Everyone was great. However, a special thank you to Jordany Alverado at the front desk and the casino pit boss Jimmy. The kids had turned 18 and wanted to play. Jimmy treated them almost like family and they had a great time. Jordany went above and beyond to make sure some of our mistakes were fixed. Thank you.

We loved the ocean view from our balcony. The breakfast delicious, the evening restaurants & bars were cool.

We discovered that there was a lot of interactions with young women being escorted in by old men which was odd.

No room service

Couples massage was outstanding. Food was very good, although a little expensive. Pool was like bath water, everything was clean and well maintained

A bit of a musty smell in the room, we changed rooms but it persisted. Not that bad but noticeable

The pool was amazing and pretty much full. Breakfast didn’t have once because we were enjoying the night life. The room was great and very nice!

I think the fact Crocs would like people to make a reservation to eat inside the hotel was a lot. I didn’t walk by and it was full, so it’s just a little more than I would have liked.

my room had an adjoining door to the next room with no sound proofing so I could hear everything (snoring, coughing) very clearly from next door which made it hard to sleep when I had a noisy neighbor

The beds are comfortable

The water pipes make a lot of noise. There was no water for 6 hours during the stay and it broke during the middle of a shower. The cleaning staff is very noisy in the hallway. The noisy water pipes prevented sleep. The WiFi by the outdoor pool is very unreliable too.

Way too expensive for having no soundproofing whatsoever. When someone moved into the room next door we could hear everything they did and said. They weren’t even doing anything loud but it was like they were in the same room as us.
