The bar staff was friendly and accommodating, helpful and cared about the customers.

Small garden and bath tub not cleaned. Floor a bit dusty. They should do some mopping or constant vacuuming will help. In room dining was way too slow. Asked for pasta at 750 and had to follow up a lot of times, since they said they "oversaw" our order. Got the pasta for my girl around 930 pm. Breakfast - not efficient. The system of hot meals order is not going well to my view. Waiters are not so well trained, some do not understand English (locals), while others do not understand Malay (foreign waiters). System became slow. We had to breakfast out since we couldnt wait. Too slow. Hope they change the bfast system. Thanks.

The rooms are very small. It is below expectations for the money paid. The interiors are outdated and worn out. Some lightings didn't work. Didnt know there won't be a buffet breakfast and we waited 2 hours for the breakfast to be served. Asked why the breakfast is not served yet, the answer given was 'Sorry for the delay, I'm new here'. (answer given by 2/3 staffs i asked). While waiting for breakfast, it started to rain and rainwater started to flow into the indoor lounge. It takes at least 15 minutes for them to clean the tables for the next guest and I don't even want to talk about refilling the beverages. Asked for a new towel and they said, it's not been delivered by the laundry yet. Really poor and not coming back.

Hotel breakfast was a shocked. A la carte is not convenient for guests as waiting time was too long. The food was okay with a 2-star rating.

I loved this Hotel, Infinity pool with an amazing view of the sunset. Pool is was hugh and clean and the vibe is great with a DJ that comes daily at 4pm...perfect for the sunset.... the beach was clean and easy access to sea. Food at the hotel was absolutely amazing and Chef adapted food for us as i'm vegetarian. Breakfast was great with lots of variety continental and local food available. I must also mention the managers Richard and Asmawi, they were so friendly and professional. I was not well on the second day of my stay and Richard came to see me, offered me breakfast in the room and arranged to take me to a clinic in the hotel car with Asmawi driving me and staff helped me walk into the car. Honestly it was so nice of Richard to arrange this with no cost. I'd also like to say that all the staff from cleaners, bar staff, restaurant staff and security men were all so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. the cocktails at the pool bar were awesome too

The hotel design, the deco, the location, and the view, and most of the staff very very warm, welcoming, helpful, and smiling. I met on the last day the lady running the spa and she offered to take some pictures of me, this is the kind of hospitality you expect when you are in a hotel, and I was super impressed by most of the staff's kindness.

On 31st January, my sister and I went to the restaurant around 3 pm or 4 pm, where we ordered food and as soon as we finished eating it, the two girls on shift stated that we have to pay immediately for it, I asked them to put it on the room, the one who seems to be the in charge said no because we had exceeded the RM 200 deposit we paid already. I explained we don't want to swipe our credit card multiple times, because we will be charged for every transaction but she did not want to hear it, so we paid although we have had coffee and breakfast that was charged to the room. At dinner the same thing happened with the same duo, this time around again they gave me a non-sense explanation, they must collect all the money during their shift. This rule is nowhere mentioned and I think we were targeted by these ladies, that's the reason on 1st Feb we decided to leave the hotel early and have our breakfast at the airport to avoid this nonsense. The upper corners of the toilet bowl in our room were yellowish and brownish I had to keep the lid down during the 2 nights we spent there.
