Good value for money.

Awesome location and rooms with all amenities and comfortable bed! Regular room service and attentive staff. Decent breakfast.

Limited western food choices and not many local fruits Swimming pool was quite dirty. Paid parking (could have been complimentary for guests considering the price of stay)

我订的是两间豪华客房。12/4要入住当天被告知原本3pm就应该入住的客房需给予多30分钟让housekeeping 整理。我们接受了酒店给的六杯饮料以方便我们多等待30分钟～但是直到超过一个小时都还没被通知可以入住。前往柜台询问被告知还需要多至少20分钟。这有点扯。已经让我们等了一个小时到4pm还没有入住。最后是超过4点了才先提供一间房间给我们。另外一间房间到16：30才完成交钥匙。以一家4-5星级的连锁酒店来说这是不应该发生的事情。酒店明知道是客满的状况就该保证员工是足够应付的。而不是让客人去长时间等待。

Could be better (sorry)

The personnel. Everybody was just kind, polite, and very very very helpful. While I said I have an allergy to the moisture smell, the receptionists were happy to help to change the better room.

I’m sorry to say this but the building and everything inside the facility and the rooms got too old. It’s unpleasant to see the scratches on wooden areas, even if it’s clean, that makes you feel weird. Another important thing in the facility that it has smell of the MOISTURE. That’s because of bad air circulation I guess. And it makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. However, I’m thankful to personnel that helped me to change the room fee times before check in.

Good choice for statying out of Georgetown

Great location out of town if you like a quieter choice of hotel - easty to take a taxi into town.

Doubletree was a relaxing getaway.

Loved that it was away from Batu Ferringhi. Close enough for a grab but far enough away for peace & quiet. Buffet breakfast was a good spread. The room was lovely and big and we were so grateful to be upgraded to a balcony room on 11th floor. The gym and the pool were great. We enjoyed seeing many families enjoying time together. If you don’t like kids, this may not be the property for you.

The music at the pool was like a nightclub and was on a repeat loop. Not relaxing at all for daytime chilling.

Memorable Family Staycation

Got really lucky to be ungraded to Presidential Suite. The suite is luxury, spacious and with fantastic sea views from the top floor. My kids enjoy the jacuzzi at the balcony. We enjoyed so much during our stay. Thank you so much Double Tree by Hilton Penang for the upgrade! Also, thanks for the complimentary birthday cake and room decoration from the hotel team!

Nice but old. Nice staff.

The room cleaner Sajjat. He made the stay extra special by making a swan peacock for the kids when they wrote him a note. It was the highlight of the stay.

Location - not close to anything. Maintenance issues: • Flashlight doesn’t work in both rooms. We had the family rooms. We don’t use it but what’s the point of having it if it doesn’t work. • unsightly mould on lower shower tiles. • Aircon noisy. • Safe not secured to cabinetry. What’s the point as someone can just take the safe away. - Pillow menu is a furphy. We asked for one of each pillow on the menu. They brought up four identical pillows to the standard pillows.

Tolles Hotel, tolles Personal. Wir würden dort sofort wieder übernachten.

Tolle Ausstattung, schöne Zimmer und ein sehr leckeres Dinner Buffet. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand ist ein Plus.

Awesome Stay

The breakfast spread was good. All the facilities too great especially activities for children. Overall the ambiance and rooms were great.

The access to the sea needs to upgrade. The sea right opposite the hotel is not suitable for swimming and not safe as there are huge rocks and waves. The hotel needs to put up some signage.

Having a car for transportation to access food options is essential

The hotel staff are all very friendly. If you've stayed at Hilton before, you'll know that the interior decor is consistent with the Hilton style. The color schemes and furnishings are the same as what I experienced when I went to New York, so there's nothing particularly distinctive about it here.

For Tourist/Foreigner: If you choose to stay in Hotel near Batu Ferringhi, having a car for transportation to access food options is essential, as relying on other modes of transportation can be costly and the hotel breakfast wasn't cheap. The hotel laundry services are expensive too.

The staffs were all friendly.

The laminated floor was damp, sticky and slippery all the time during my stay. I nearly slipped too. NOTE: I did not open the balcony door. The beach connected to the property ie. Miami beach was smelly with two drainage outlet flow straight to the beach.

a little bit disappointed

The location is quite good, near the beach and nearby has food stalls. Breaksfast is good, variety of food like nasi lemak, roti canai and etc.

The room is quite old, and there is moisture on the hotel floor, it makes the floor wet after sometime. and the toiler is old and they didn't clean the toilet bowl well. Overall it doesn't worth the money.

Well rested.

Overall we are very happy with our stay. The room is huge and the view from the balcony was beautiful. There are many activities in the hotel itself that is suitable for families with young kids. The housekeeping staff taking care of our room was very attentive to our needs.

A bit far from the life of Batu Ferringhi, ie the nught market. And walking to the beach was not very convenient too.

Frühstück ist vielseitig und gut. Das Zimmer war top sauber und Bett und Handtücher immer frisch. Der junge Mann Saifur leistet sehr gute Arbeit und ist umsichtig.

Man kann im Meer nicht baden, unsauber und Quallenplage. Die Klimaanlage hat die Feuchtigkeit nicht entzogen, schlechte Luft. Immer Nachts so gegen 24.00 Uhr mindestens 15-20 Minuten Lärm durch die Müllabfuhr. Der Swimmingpool war überlaufen mit Besuchern und viel zu warm. Liegen nicht ausreichend. Schlechte Lage des Hotels. Shuttleservice fehlt.

Everything was to my liking.

The check in process was fast even though the queue was long. The room was spacious. The toilet was clean. The pool was okay, everything was to my liking.

The parking wasn't that much. The first day i need to go until upper level to find parking. And there's no roof at the upper level. All The women toilet for swimming pool have no lock.
