Amazing location, great staff and the half board experience breakfast and dinner was great

The staff was always available to do more to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The wifi was erratic & disconnected quite often

Exceptional

I had an amazing hotel stay with friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. The customer service was exceptional, and the comfortable amenities contributed to a pleasant experience. The hotel's convenient location and efficient check-in/out process were also noteworthy. Nonetheless, my stay was highly enjoyable, thanks to the attentive staff and the comfortable, well-maintained accommodations.

I am not sure if the hotel could be responsible for that but the road that led us to the hotel was miserable, this could improve the tourist experience if the hotel could fix this issue.

Not really 5* experience , not worth the price ,Food very bad , never recommend

This is not 5 star , plz find below problems Very bad food ( v took half board ) Wifi poor - disconnects / not available some times Bad customer service , had to call reception 2 time to fix issues or if v need something Bathroom fittings need repair - broken shower holder , shaky toilet seat Low water pressure - shower not usable U Ac was leaking when v checked in , had to call twice to fix it They really need a good chef - food is below average , say 1star standard

Very friendly staff in general, though many of them didn’t speak much English. Very cool architecture in the main building!

The buffet was not very good at all at the restaurant. I had tuna tartar at lunch one day witch was a huge mistake because a got really sick after that and didn’t recover for the rest of the trip. The manager didn’t want to take any responsibility for it either.

Subpar at best.

The views are great, the food was good. staff was friendly.

They’d come to your room way after dinner to ask you to sign a bill for soda. 80% of the time I had to turn down our room myself. They joined two beds together to make a king sized bed, so there was an uncomfortable ridge right in the middle of the bed. couches in rooms need cleaning.

The trip was awesome

I love the hotel,it's quiet and clean.Good for the leisure. We enjoyed their breakfast and dinner was really delicious and a lot of varieties.

The cats especially on the breakfast time.Some of us we have allergy to cat.Please keep them away.

I think like all resorts in Zanzibar, accommodation it is quite pricey.... Specially as you don't see the funds filter down into the local surroundings, none of this is specific to this hotel, i think stands true across the board on the island

Peaceful and Relaxing

We had an amazing stay. It was quite, peaceful and relaxing. The hospitality was to point.the staff were friendly.We loved the pool.

The food in general in term of variety, options and taste needs improvement.

Paradise in Zanzibar

I don't know how it is possible that some people give bad comments. We live in Switzerland, we are used to travelling to different countries and I can say that it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The hotel is perfect, wonderful staff, super clean, good food, the view is spectacular, kids club very good, beach accessible during low tide. Hotel far exceeded our expectations!

Difficult to find things that we didn't like. I would say: - The road to get to the hotel is very bad, but it takes about 10 minutes max by car - The Jacuzzi in the pool was not working - During one day of our stay, the kids club was not working

full of fun

the hotel entertainment at night is great. the staff were nice and helpful. the place is nice and safe. it was a really enjoyable part of our trip to Zanzibar.

the hotel location is not optimal as the beach is rocky so you have to travel to arrive to a better beach. this hotel is Nugwi which is remote from the rest of Zanzibar but that shouldn’t be an issue if you combine it with a few days stay in stone town.

The hotel itself is very very beautiful and next by sea side. so it’s very comforting just sitting by the pool all day.

it may take ard 1.5 hours to reach the hotel from airport. but it’s still very near to the Nungwi area. one point to improve is the staff cross department communication.
