Great location. Renovations in progress and had some problems with our room. Hotel staff were accommodating to teething

Close to the lake

The Louiza Restaurant morning receptionist girl Dec 2 is not very polite and nice , seems like a racist. I just asked to be move to the empty table next to the window which is clean. She stated that she can’t do that. So I asked maybe he is the head of the staff, and instantly he said yes you can move there.

Wonderful stay.

We were here some 30 years ago when the facility wasn't "Fairmont" yet. The hotel is very well maintained with more F&B facilities added. It is so stunning to see Lake Louise once you wake up. We were so grateful to have breakfast complimented. The breakfast is really excellent with great value for money. There are several dining options for lunch and dinner to suit your preference here. The hotel also has a good system to differentiate outside guests from hotel guests. There are several nice gift shops within the facility.

We booked Junior Suite with Two Queen Beds and Lake View. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room right above the future span construction site. There are few cranes & trucks working early in the morning. I guess they might try to speed up to avoid the extreme weather in the upcoming winter. There are two bathrooms but they are pretty small that I bumped myself here and there many times.

Ein wunderschönes altes, traditionelles Hotel. Wir haben ein wunderschönes Upgrade bekommen aufgrund Verfügbarkeit und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Tolle Lage und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Die Baustelle ist da und man hört sie auch aber muss halt auch mal sein.

An awesome summer getaway with a lifetime of memories!

Beautiful location with all the amenities including outstanding restaurants and helpful staff.

Noise from current renovations occurring. Also due to tourist traffic it was often difficult to access the site by a vehicle.

Amazing location but very overpriced.

The location is perfect. Many people will not be able to visit because of the lack of parking. The restaurants were amazing. Very pricy at the Walliser Stuber. We had a wonderful dinner there

The hotel does not have air conditioning. It was a very hot two night in our room. The window did not open very wide and ventilation was terrible. They did have a Dyson fan that we prop our door open because the hallway was 15 degrees cooler. We called the front the desk and they asked us to talk to the manager. But we had dinner reservations and early morning hike planned. We did not have to to move. I did hear that the construction at the lake view rooms was even worse

We love it so much. This is my second visit. Enjoy the spectacular view and cleanliness.

Too bad that we got a parking lot view. I guess the hotel is under renovation period. Should have more variety of food in the restaurants.

Quality of the restaurant food that we experienced was over priced and had limited choice on the night that we dined there.

pool and sauna closed with no notice, no activities available, power out and couldn’t even get a beer - in a bar or by room service, no biscuits in the room, mini bar notice said they would stock it but they didn’t - we did complain and received a small refund but the issues remained

Beautiful hotel and a luxury experience for a special occasion but ensure you plan your dinner reservations in advance

The location is beautiful and like a small village in itself with lots of boutiques inside the hotel and a choice of restaurants.

The hot tub was drained and out of action as they were decorating the swimming pool area and this was a huge disappointment after a hard day of skiing. I feel a hotel of this standard should have provided an alternative for guests. You need to be sure to book the restaurants in advance as there are no local options within walking distance and I saw several guests turned away because restaurants were full. I think a hotel of this calibre should be able to accommodate its own guests for dinner.

Wow! They strive to meet your needs.

They set the bar high for our anniversary. When we checked in, there was nothing mentioned about our anniversary. We walked into an upgrade and gifts waiting for us. Was not expecting that. Overall professional, curious, and willing to help.

Food is a little over priced. Breakfast there is only one sit-down and it's a buffet, would be my least favorite. Especially when most of the HOT food was cold.
