All inclusive quindi si può lasciare tutto in camera, personale molto disponibile e organizzato, con possibilità di prenotare escursioni in loco.

In alcune stanza (ho viaggiato con amici) si sono dimenticati i tappeti della doccia e alcune salviette e in una stanza era assente l'asciugacapelli, penso che in una struttura di questo tipo con il costo che ha certe dimenticanze non siano ammesse.

Nightmare

Absolutely nothing. Waiting for booking.com and the property to get back to me regarding a refund

The room and premises were so vile and filthy that we left after 12 hours on account of the filth, black mold, dust, human hair, and holes in the room. We didn’t feel safe due to these health hazards and the property did nothing. Still waiting for booking.com and the property to contact me back regarding a refund

great! if you speak Spanish

the extracurricular staff was fantastic and the nightly shows were fun! beautiful beach and covered chair areas.

several employees snubbed us for being English speaking even when we attempted Spanish. we were not told that all activities started at the towel bar or that pool towels simply required a token (no cost).

I love the hospitality and the friendliness of the staff

The food was 2/10, I really tried hard to like it but it was very bland. Unfortunately not enough entertainment on the property after a few days I became bored. It wasn't an (English Speaking) friendly environment if you do not speak Spanish fluent I do not suggest visiting this resort it caters to tourist that speak Spanish.

great location, good amenities, nice food

getting a simple glass of water was too difficult. bars are understaffed - there was a big line as guests were trying to order cocktails, waiting up to 20 min just to get a 12oz glass, but had to make the line to get just a glass of water. during non-eating hours, one simply could not enter the restaurant to grab a soda, so when I came back from vacations I felt dehydrated.

Wonderful attention, delicious food, great experience

Food is just delicious, staff are attentive like no other, location is a plus just 1 hour away from San Jose, amazing pools, quiet if you want to rest at night but party is still going on dedicated areas. It’s 200% worth the money. Thank you to the staff for going beyond expected, they are incredible professionals and persons! We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back later!

Superb

Everyone was super nice and I liked how everything was included. Luis and Gabriella were the best! They were so helpful and nice. They made our trip!

The room was muggy and hot. The beds were hard. It was hard to sleep because you could hear people outside of your room all the time. I woke up in a sweat most nights. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking but they were quick to fix it.

The staff was very friendly, the show staff were incredibly talented!

Food is very basic! Not a lot of options, the check in took 45 mins in the theater, leaving the lobby only for "premium" customers, hardly to think there is such a thing in this hotel! You get what you pay for, inexpensive hotel, lines to have breakfast, not a good quality!

Awful hotel, not worth the money

the staff is great

My room was extremely moldy, I woke up sick in the morning. The food in the main restaurant was very dry and tasteless, I’m not a picky eater and I didn’t like anything there. The drinks are very sweet with practically no alcohol in it, I couldn’t finish a whole glass of any of the 6 drinks I tried. also, the beer comes with ice since they don’t keep it cold on its own. The beach in front of the hotel is dirty and the ocean smells like sewage. The night show was very childish, I feel like this hotel should be advertised as a hotel for kids. I stayed in room 1267 and the wifi did not work in my room, I just had to deal with the mold while looking at the ceiling, awful. The check out was done in an improvised reception in the theater area, it took us almost 1 hour waiting in line with no air conditioner and it was very disorganized, no one could tell me where should I drop off my bags and after many tries I left it in an area and when I tried to pick it up, someone had moved it. Also, they never let me know that you should make a reservation for the best restaurants before hand so we got stuck with the restaurant with the bad food. Amazingly, all of this happened in less than 24 hours, I arrived at 1pm in one day and I was gone as soon as 6 am the next day. Do not waste your money, this hotel is a joke.
