The employees provide great customer service.

The river view room was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the ice machine. The food restaurants were convenient and easy to order food.

Stay somewhere else in Laughlin…

The river

Elevators are broken, waiting time for elevator 1 hour. The building had roaches outside in the hallways. The room were not cleaned. Ocean view room with dirty windows, room service never showed up for two nights we were there.

Probably won't stay there again until they dump some money into maintenance.

Service staff delivering drinks are friendly.

Bathtub was slippery, requested a bath mat and was given a cloth bath mat. No soap dish. Carpet is filthy in room. Elevators are a real problem at this location, Only a couple were working. Air conditioner struggled. Ice machine is only working a few stories up or down.

Worst Stay Ever

The room view and mattress comfort was decent. Roberto at the Range Steakhouse was the only friendly employee we encountered at Harrah’s.

1) The heavyset bartender with a beard & mustache was very unfriendly immediately upon our approach to The Range Bar. He seemed miserable and took it out in us. 2) Our tower had 5 elevators and only 2 were working. We waiting upwards of 20 mins to go up or down. 3) There are no access to stairs should we want to forgo waiting for elevators. Major safety hazard. 4) I got allergies from the highly visible enormous dust balls flying out of the A/C vents in the common areas. 6) Our A/C I wasn’t working and when we went to the front desk to see about a room change they said come back in 2 hrs. Many others were there complaining about A/C as well so we decided to checkout right then. 7) We were charged full price for this horrifying stay. 8) smallest complaint the pillows are tiny. My back still hurts days after my 1 night stay there. We will never stay at Harrah’s again.

Horrible stay!

The food at the guy fieri restaurant

Where do I start? This place has went to crap! I paid more for what is advertised as a recent remodel room, I’d like to know what they consider recent! First room was super dirty had to switch, second one wasn’t any better but I didn’t want to move again! The beach is a joke! People with jet skis almost run you over and people try to invade your shade you paid for! Yes you have to pay for a umbrella because you can’t bring your own! The pool was so cloudy and the outside where you sit the drains had green stuff that smelled like sewer, other guests had coolers and just let thier food trash fly around and into pool! I’ve been coming to Laughlin for years and stayed at Harrahs several times, I will probably never stay there again unless it’s the only hotel option available and I definitely won’t pay more for the “upgraded” rooms!

My stay at Harrah’s Laughlin NV was absolutely horrible

The location

The shower was absolutely disgusting, missing and broken tiles, didn’t have a actual shower just a handicap “wash”! 4 out of 6 elevators were not in service. Drink bottles from previous people was left in the room. Pillows were very old and flat

My husband and I were there for five nights not one time did I get housekeeping to clean our room? I kept calling and calling making sure that they would come. They never did. Our bed was never clean with new sheets. I kept calling the front desk for someone to bring towels

Too overpriced for the amenities available

The hotel is extremely outdated and dirty. there were soil marks throughout the hotel carpet. My room was dingy, and all of the lightening had spider webs on them. The shower was discolored and looked dirty. The curtains were stiff and seemed like the original curtains from 1982. Only two elevators worked the entire weekend. We waited 22 minutes to get from the 12th floor to the Casino. The pool needs be resurfaced as well

It is not worthy to overpay the extremely high price of a so low quality room.

The only thing my family and I liked from the hotel was the access to the beach it has.

Unfortunately, my hopes were too high for this hotel, and it all went down the drain as soon as my family and I went inside the 2 rooms we booked. The 2 rooms we got were in the poorest shape we have ever experienced and have video and pictured of all this. The doors in the rooms were completly out of lever causing the door to not seal properly and all noises from outside come in the room. It had poor safety locks that anyone would be able to kick the door open EASILY. Chairs were broken from the legs and back rest on one of them. I had some type of staples sticking out, and I believe somebody forgot to remove it after so many repairs it had gotten. To top it off My daughter a 6 year old, got sick from her stomach after some of the water from the unprofessional maintained and extremely disgusting pool went inside her mouth. In a few words, I didn't expect this coming from a Cesars Resort hotel

$52 a night. Huge facility. 2 pools. and Beach

You can tell this place gets a lot of use. The casino is spotless. However, the guest room hallways are worn

Located right by the Colorado River.

Booked because of the beachfront and deck but it was closed our entire stay. I was told by staff to check the following day at 9am but gates were locked each time. I also scheduled our checkout online for 11am but was locked out of my room at 10:20 by housekeeping.

Wasn't a casino resort at all.

Nice view but the beach was closed off to guests but in the ad said the beach was open so it was a major disappointment

Half of the elevators worked sometimes. No cable TV when we checked in until the next day. Beach was closed. Only 3 black jack tables open.

Harrah's still remains our place to stay in Laughlin, NV while attending the Dave Kops Softball Tour

check in / check out exceptional especially with kiosks.

The facility is showing it's age. Over the 25+ years we've stayed here things are in need of an upgrade/repair.

It was ok.

The room cleaner was honest and reported that I left something behind. I requested it to be sent to me. I am waiting to see if they will. The bell boy was nice. The valet was nice.

The sink is slow. I have to call 3x to fix the ceiling light. The online check in did not recognize the connected.rooms.

the rooms are outdated as much as they cost need to be updated. 3 rooms and heat didn’t work. one room had cobwebs. blown out light bulbs. Didn’t even have extra blanket.
