AMAZING PLACE

Breakfast was AMAZING!!!! Something we always look forward to. Staff was so friendly and everything was clean and spotless. Location was amazing and they also offer tours and activities at a good deal.

Wish there were umbrellas or more shade when lounging at the beach front

L’emplacement idéal Plage 🏖️ magnifique Petit déjeuner 🥞 très bien Service transfert aéroport excellent

La disposition des piscines devant les appartements est une très bonne idée 👍🏼 Mais malheureusement l’eau n’es pas chauffée et se trouvant à l’ombre impossible de se baigner très frustrant je pense que c’est à revoir très peu de clients dans l’eau

Value for money. All in all a great hotel

We loved our stay at Henann Prime Beach Resort, our family of three along with friends had fun.

It is located at station 1 where the sand is fine and the beach fronts were more private and less crowded.

The location and the cleaness

The check in time is too late. And the food's taste needs more imporvement. But the food variety is very good. Another thing is the pillow is too soft. I like harder one🤣🤣🤣

Hotel with pool access in the rooms with friendly atmosphere.

The staff are all really nice and the pools are very clean. Can book for activities at the hotel. Direct access to S1 beach right outside the breakfast restaurant. Recommend a lot :)

Excellent stay

Staff very courteous, specially staff at the restaurant and beach front. Design of the beach wing room that has access directly to the pool. The hearty breakfast buffet, they change menu every morning - 6 stars Room was enormous and bathroom with tub and rainshower was spacious.

MOSQUITOES by the terrace where the private access to the pool. MOSQUITOES inside the room even its already cold, again in the bathroon plenty of them. I had to buy 2x a.c. plug mosquitoe repellents just to keep them out of the room. I wanted to open the terrace sliding door but they kept on swarming in. We had an excellent time but we kept on swatting them and i think i caught a total of 6 during the stay. Its really a great resort and but i suggest that they invest on those mosquitoe light catcher.

Hope the company can streamline check in and transfer process and in the return of the breakage fee

We liked the many pools surrounding the hotel. we liked the sea view room we purchased

We didnt like that they asked for all our IDs when we took their private transfers to the hotel Upon arrival in hotel for check in, we were asked again to give our ID for each person in our party of 10 they charged a breakage fee of PHP18,000 and swiped my card. Upon check out, the front desk originally refused to give me proof that they would cancel the PHP18,000 . Their staff usually hangs around a few more seconds waiting for tips I guess and it was the majority of their staff not only one or two. But there were rare ones in the minority.

Great resort, beach was really next level!

Pool access room was great. Beds were comfortable. Beach was amazing!

The food wasn't crash hot but there is plenty of choices near by, especially at d-mall.

My family loved it. We felt like they really valued their guest.

We liked the promptness,respectfulness and politeness of the staff. Swimming pool access right outside our room made the kids so happy.

Rooms are spacious enough although 1 out of 3 rooms we booked smells terrible.we called their attention and they are very prompt.Must have been nice if they offered us another room

the best holiday hotel I have stayed in

Everything was excellent from the service,courteous and friendly staff who are all attentive to all your needs, organised and prompt transfers from Caticlan to Boracay, wonderful breakfast which is included in the booking and we had the best club sandwich and banana split ice cream in sea salt cafe. Pool was clean, nice and relaxing and the sunbeds near the beach have wonderful view of the beach and sunset and also easy access to the beach. Hotel room had ample space, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious too with good size bath. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and lovely to relax in. I will definitely recommend Hennan Prime beach and will come back here next time.

worthwhile and incredible!!!

I liked the pool and the breakfast the most. Really stood out to me and the service from the staff was reliable and great. Great views by the beach and easy access to whatever you need!! The toilet was soo good too! so much space and the shower was amazing!

too many rules and policies right from check-in which is not a hospitable approach, feels like you are checking into an official facility and not a hotel. The biggest disappointment was not being able to use the gym. The gym is only available for certain room types and not to all guests. I’ve never heard of that kind of rule especially at a hotel with such level and price. We were asked to pay 300 pesos per person for each time we want to use the gym, very disappointing and doesn’t reflect the right image, not hospitable at all.

good stay aside from almost a major accident

Station 1-very peaceful. accomodating staff as usual with all henann properties that greats everytime we pass them by. good spacious room with balcony. easy access to pool and beach. also good restaurant on site if too lazy to go out. towel access very easy to get as well.

way too fast elevator it gives you split seconds only to get in and closes the door and not good for us as we were travelling with senior citizens and a child in a stroller. small space to sit in reception. small space for walking out of the hotel and is at the same time their loading/unloading area. they almost hit my one year old in her stroller while we were crossing and even gave signal to two of the vans but third one almost hit us.

Lovely rooms and nice part of the beach.

Lovely room, excellent quality bedding and matress. Drinking water provided throughout the hotel which was great. Lovely part of the beach and a little quieter than further down but still with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Only black tea and coffee provided in the room, more choice would be better. Rooms were soundproof from other rooms but not from people walking along the corridor. More sunloungers on the beach would be good. Breakfast ok but not amazing.

Beautiful location

We liked the breakfast and of course the beach. The staff was very friendly and very supportive. The rooms are very modern, with nice architecture, clean and have a lot of comfort.

We love our stay. The food was awesome. Everyone was so nice and helpful..The hotels transfer was so smooth.

I just didn't like how their Sales team managed their payment or booking process.
