Unmotivated staff service very slow and at times non existent. Constant drilling for building works was disappointing.

Very dated and shabby. Poor check in procedures - I had to wait four hours and not even offered a drink of water! Lots of people arrived after me were allocated rooms. The plug in the bath didn’t work. The TV remote didn’t work. There were only paper cups in the rooms for tea and coffee. I paid £500 per night for a solo occupancy and no food or drinks included. Terrible experience

The property is in a beautiful location but needs a lot of standard maintenance (not Caribbean Maintenance). The wear and tear was noticeable in every area of the property.

Wonderful location with private beaches, a historic fortress and two separate pools.

Room was nice

No vegan options, rude room service, housekeeping taking my clothes and bug spray that were in a drawer the first night of my stay! Be careful of your belongings because housekeeping literally took my clothes.

The rooms did not get cleaned till late afternoon.

The location is perfect and the amenities were excellent. The room was sizable enough and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The floorplan is also very open and perfect for the area.

I liked that they had different pools to accommodate kids and adults, I also liked the private beach area where my kids could swim. The room was always cleaned in a timely manner and smelt great

The restaurants were highly overpriced especially the Lighthouse. The breakfast was not worth the money at all

The view was amazing! Clean sparkling waters, which reflected the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The facility was also well kept. The hotel was also easily accessible.

Virtually nothing

there is a great beach bar situated around to the left of the pool bar which has great pizza and music as well as a range of seating. Our welcome at reception was great and the staff very accommodating.

during stay staff were not very helpful quite short with responses and a great contrast to when we arrived. the pools did not seem the most clean and surrounding sunbeds covered in towels with people not actually using them for hours on end - lack of sun umbrellas Pool staff also not the most friendly clearly they were struggling with the heat A smell of drains often smelt around the pool breakfast was a disaster with a lot of items missing and 2 of us feeling quite unwell after eating there - again severe lack of attention from staff

We lost our luggages and the shops were closed due to the holiday, but the housekeeping staff gave us robes, slippers and extra toiletries to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was good and the restaurants were great. The beach is pristine and uncrowded.
