The stay at Pensacola hilton was just OK. I will definitely try another hotel next time. For cheaper

We loved the location and views but other hotels next door have similar. The size of room was great for a family and the beach was amazing of course. But you can access it from other hotels and public access as well. The staff were all great.

Sad to say so many, normally it’s never this or at all. We spent too much money for this many negatives.. The room had several issues… bed was harder than we had hoped. The phones never worked the entire stay even after we told front desk. The slider was so hard to open, hurt to open, the front door had to be pushed to close, or it would stay open. The shower head was extremely weak and annoying to take showers in. Took forever to rinse hair out of us girls hair. The room was worn and the toilet bowl seemed dirty when getting there. The channel changer in the living room was not sanitized like the bedroom. The carpets were gross and the room wasn’t cleaned ever during stay or replenished until last night there, even after following the hotel’s directions. We had to go down to front desk to ask for towels daily because again our phones never worked properly. The hotel charged for use of umbrellas and chairs on beach $50!! So we did not use and had to buy our own to save $100! The breakfast was just mediocre & closed wayyy too early for travelers on a different clock. 12pm would be kinder. The food was just okay, the waffles were tough/stale, the sausages were stale, but the fruit was good, the omelets great. we found it was way better to eat elsewhere even though we already purchased breakfast package, Regretfully. The hottub was so low the first 2 nights the jets were spraying in our faces. We had to sit at the bottom to get our chest touching and the water was warm not hot for an hottub?! Why so low water even though they close it at 11?? Very disrespectful for the evening adults who want to avoid all the little kids!! There was no car charger for other electric vehicles just Tesla chargers!! That was not convenient for our rental even though it said it had chargers. The price was so high to stay here and I had high expectations. I will not be booking again due to the high price for so many negatives.

Clean, staff friendly, recommend.

The room was clean and big enough to share with a teenager.

The ice machine was broken on our floor and they did not put up a sign letting you know you would need to go to a different floor for ice or what floor it could be located on.

A great location with access to shops, restaurants, tours, or just relaxing by the water of your choice.

Loved the view from our room, pools, DJ outside one day and access to the beach with chair options

Very low water pressure in the outdoor bathrooms.

I have a great visit minus the small issues overall

I like the view and the location

The small kids took over the jacuzzi. I had to wait 12 hrs for towels and did not get any cleaning service . Parking was horrible

My hotel stay was simply sublime, exceeding all expectations with its welcoming atmosphere, stunning

We absolutely adored the location, our room, and the stunning beach view from our balcony. Everything surpassed our expectations, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made our stay even more delightful. My children, husband and I had an incredible time, creating cherished memories together.

While our experience was fantastic overall, there were a few areas where the hotel could have improved. Perhaps enhancing the variety of dining options or offering more recreational activities for families would have added to the overall enjoyment. These suggestions are meant to contribute positively to an already wonderful experience.

Nice stay, but also disappointing.

We love this hotel!!! We love that there’s a Starbucks in it. It’s right in our backyard, but we’ve stayed here a few times for a staycation. The views from the ocean view rooms is what makes this hotel tho. The staff has always been lovely!

I booked this past trip through booking.com. I searched for an ocean view room with 2 queen beds for my mom’s 60th birthday. Although it may be possible I clicked on a room without a view, I’m almost positive I clicked on a room WITH an ocean view as this is what I was looking for specifically. When we got to our room it overlooked the parking lot and the phone was missing its cord so I couldn’t even call down to the desk. Once I got down to the desk they were so great and accommodating, but it was a very up and down experience. The next morning the hot water was out - on my mom’s birthday - so she couldn’t even take a shower, I took a cold shower. Just a disappointing stay this time.

Really enjoyed our stay but the room/bathroom didn't meet expectations for the price I paid.

The staff was very friendly... from everyone that worked in the lobby, the restaurant and the outside bar. The pool area was nice and large and definitely had a resort feel.

For the amount I paid for the stay, the rooms could have been nicer. They need to update the rooms and bathrooms. My room had a weird smell that I couldn't quite pinpoint... possibly a faint cigarette smoke smell.

The walls and floors in my room were sweating, made floor very slippery. I felly numerous times. The hallway floor by the elevator was sweating from moisture in the air made floor very slippery.

The waiter name Kevin was the best! He was polite, attentive, informative, and made the last night there great

The room refrigerator did not get cold the entire 2 days of my stay. The maintenance guy came saying it was at the right temperature but it never got cold. The shower was luke warm & the water was slow going down the drain.

Amazing time outdoors with family

We love the convenience of everything. Pool is amazing for kids and parents. Staff is amazing too! Great views as well

Our toilet was running non stop. It wax very annoying. We tried to get it fixed but it did t work. For the price of the room I think beach chairs and umbrellas should be included.

Only stay if you are in the newer tower.

Location

Only nice if you stay in tower 2. Tower 1 is old, rusty, plumbing hums, air conditioner sounds like a helicopter landing and balcony door won’t open or shut without force and noise. Bulldoze it. $500 per night is a joke for tower 1. Every single thing cost extra.

This hotel was absolutely foul. As long as the first floor lobby is clean then that’s all they care about people seeing.

The property was on the ocean and had a beautiful pool but the hot tub was disgusting and looked yellow. They were constantly fixing and turning off the water.

Under construction was biggest complaint. We would have stayed and ate there except for eating in the conference room. Breakfast eggs, grits were cold in the serve yourself however there was a lovely lady making omelets! Chair rental was top notch on beach BUT my last day there a scavenger hunt for a group was placed DIRECTLY in front of us very sad about that considering there was a complete empty spot right past us. Very annoying. One day there were no towels outside but we found out we could go to the lobby and get one.

That location was directly on beach food places were walking distance

The supervisor Casey checked us in would not allow us to upgrade our room even though rooms were available. Did not inform us that the 2 outside pools and bar were under construction, and that guest could utilize that hotel next door pools. Also, failed to give us a parking permit for the hotel. I witness him give other guests all this we he checked them in.

The Beach.

The Room overlooked the pool. That would be great if there was a pool. The pool was under repair. They started work sawing tiles at 7am each morning. The bed was uncomfortable (hard). The lobby was also under repair. This hotel was 400 dollars a night. No one informed us about the construction until we walked through the door. The restaurant was not open. I would not hard stayed at this hotel if I would have been informed. Hilton should be ashamed. They lied to us. We will no stay at a Hilton ever again. Someone needs to explain the "Honesty is the best policy" theory. Very Disappointed!
