A great place to stay and if can improve the room clean up.

Location is very good and staff is friendly and helpful, be thoughtful

Room clean up needs to reserve not a regular daily based.

kinda pricey but still fun

very pretty, great location, nice accommodating staff

confusing name, but still a very nice hotel regardless. people get it mixed up with Hilton Hawaiian Village, which is a real resort. is the resort fee worth it? not really.

Good location, good view, not coming back.

The room was always well cleaned. The communal areas never seemed to be cleaned, the hallway on floor 33 had the same dirt piles for the ten days we were there.

Booking.com failed to inform the hotel that we had paid for breakfast, this took an email to booking.com and 24 hours to resolve. The breakfast was not worth the money, the food was poor. The reception staff were the grumpiest ladies that I have ever met.

A lovely location

Very friendly staff...perfectly located in Waikiki! The pool deck with the bonus of mini golf was great other than the jacuzzi was not warm as it should be. Loved MAC 24/7...if only it was actually open 24/7! Nina was lovely. This hotel is a bit outdated but we enjoyed staying here!

Hotel is a bit outdated... Jacuzzi was colder than it should be... Not the hotel's issue but the smell of urine outside from the vast homeless population

ロケーションはとても良いと思います。スタッフの対応も良かったです。円安も含めた物価高に参りました。

到着日の夜にボヤ騒ぎが発生して消防や警察が駆けつけて避難した。1時間程度で収まって良かった。経過報告はアナウンスされなかった。

Overall it was a great place to stay

The staff and the beds were awesome

I was a little concerned when they told us that house keeping would only come in on the fourth day but they were in the room every day. We don’t mind them being in room but when they tell you they won’t be in there and then they surprise you by being in there.

Staffing was nice but the room was a little dirty and the ceiling of the bathroom was leaking ask to get it fixed did so

No pool to chill for after the beach visits was not convenient and the “bathtub” size pool was not very good with people

Nice room, good view, good location. They provided surfboards and boogie boards which was a real bonus.

Some of the staff were wonderful but some were pretty cranky and unhelpful at times. The starbucks shop needs to stay open all day - it was great.

Ally perfect

The food was delicious and location was perfect.

What would have made the hotel perfect would have been a microwave. We had to throw a lot of food away because there was no way to heat it up.

Great location, views, and accommodating staff.

Breakfast was great, friendly staff, nothing was a problem, great sea views from balcony, great cleaning staff will stay again.

The only thing was having to wait till 3pm for our room to be ready. After a long flight all you want is your room to be ready to rest.

Such an exceptional stay, will go again.

The gorgeous flowers around the hotel as well as the decor. The room was wonderful besides the water escaping from under the shower door. Staff was amazing as well. So many amenities that we definitely took advantage of.

The shower door leaked water under it. Nightstands we’re dusty unfortunately.

Wished we could have stayed longer in Beautiful Waikiki 🌅 Most gorgeous beach for swimming 😍🌅

Good, however we have expected more since we stayed in Hilton. The Hilton EU standard is higher.

The location is great, just one block from the Waikiki beach.

We were very disappointed with the service of the hotel. Please note that the housekeeping in the hotel is on the request. We have stayed for 7 days and we had to ask for towels, toilet papers, coffee, milk, disposal of trash each and every day. We have booked the accommodation where the breakfast was included ...please do not choose this option.....our breakfast menu option was limited to 3 menus...so for 7 days we had only 3 options for the breakfast without any flexibility....it was no chance to get only toast and butter instead of other options, or just fruit...for other guests the breakfast menu differ.....

One time room cleaning scheduled on the 4th day (!) of a 5-night stay > only one scheduled cleaning day and towel change unless requested instead of the usual hotel daily cleaning and towel change unless requested not to. 2. No Hilton Honors benefit if stay is booked with 3rd party like Booking.com

The staff is amazing here it’s super clean. The Mac restaurant is delicious. The location is a short walk to Waikiki Beach.

Location, big bed

Room wasn't cleaned at all, facilities were incredibly tired and dated. For such an expensive sum the amenities and overall hotel weren't worth what was paid.
