I didn’t like how the Holiday Inn pushes the time share, not everyone is interested in it.

Dishwasher wasn’t working. Sink in single bedroom, water wasn’t draining very well

Had a good time in gatlinburg. The hotel was clean. Kids liked the pools.

Good location. On the trolley route but not far from main street. Close to convention center and attractions.

Slow elevators. TVs could not stream. Garbage truck at 4 am.

I wish the water park had more ventilation the chlorine was horrible grandson Chest was hurting from the chlorinethe Also my granddaughter and my daughter or coughing a lot my daughter’s eyes are really red just need more ventilation My husband could not even stay in there with them and watch them I had to

Smokey mountain National park is beautiful

The 2 bedroom villa was amazing! Great space to spread out, wonderful in-room amenities (washer/dryer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, full size fridge & stove). Hotel is located across the street from the Log Cabin Pancake House which was perfect for breakfast. Location is also within walking distance to many area attractions. your housekeeping and maintenance staff are amazing.

our family vacation was interrupted by a mistake with the room reservation upon check-in. we reserved a two bed room villa for three nights and had a confirmation from Booking.com. Upon arrival we were told that the two bedroom villa was overbooked and would not be available until the next day. Instead, we were offered a one bedroom for a group with seven people one of our party had to sleep on the floor that night, neither bookings nor the hotel ever took responsibility for this oversight and instead pointed fingers at one another, which is rather frustrating. This oversight really impacted our vacation because we only had two full days to spend in the Gatlinburg area and one of our full days was spent waiting & wondering when we were going to need to move from the one bedroom to the two bedroom (which didn’t get resolved until nearly 2:00 pm). so half of one of our full days was taken up because of this oversight, which definitely impacted our vacation and the amount of time we were able to spend enjoying our time in the area. if this oversight had not occurred, this would be a four-star review for the hotel. However, this oversight really impacted our experience.

Great location for a reasonable price

the location was fabulous and water park

not super clean and didn’t get refills of shampoo/conditioner. it would have been nice to just have some free coffee in the lobby

Was a great place excellent location beautiful room.

Girl at checking pressured me to attend a sales pitch I did not want to attend. My family had to walk outside in the cold , wet from the splashpad on a cold day to get to the room.

The room was clean and very comfortable. we stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and had plenty of space

You have to walk through the parking garage quite a distance to get to the indoor water park. Staying during chilly spring break, this is not ideal.

Excellent place to stay

When we go back to gatlinburg we will deffentanley stay here again ! Staff is so nice and helpful a very clean and cozy place within walking distance to every thing.

Would visit this resort again.

The property was beautiful. Walking distance from the downtown main strip. The kitchen accessories were great to have, since there is no breakfast. There is a toaster, blender, coffee pot, pots of different sizes, silverware, basic kitchen utensils, cups, wine glasses, bowls, and plates. We used the electric fire place every night when we were watching tv. The balcony had 2 rocking chairs with a small table which was nice to sit out and look at the mountains. The staff was very nice and welcoming and even called us the night we checked in to make sure we settled in and everything was okay in our rooms.

The only negative thing was the jacuzzi tub. It was kind of dirty the first time we used it. Maybe from the jets or just hasn’t been used in a while? The first day we were there we also had a problem with the hot water. We ran the hot water for about 3 minutes and then it went cold.
