Nice place great for families.

Location is perfect for Islamorada. Pools and beach clean and enough seating.

I would like another inside restaurant. Our stay was windy and nowhere to just have a drink and appetizer out of the wind, except taking it back to our room.

We thought this was an excellent resort for families.

There was plenty of room (chairs and loungers) on the beach and at the pool and not too crowded like some large hotel resorts. The activities helped make the experience more enjoyable (bocce, soccer, biking, cornhole, etc).

The staff didn’t let us go out on the standing paddle boards because it was “too windy”. It was the least windy day of our stay and they should allow guests to go out if they feel comfortable and safe.

Private, secluded, uncrowded, and dog-friendly!

My wife and I always travel with our dog (who is a big pit bull) and Islander Resort was so welcoming and accommodating. They are the most dog-friendly resort I have ever stayed at by a wide margin. Dogs were allowed everywhere, even on the beach! Its the only resort I will stay at from now on. The resort also felt very private and uncrowded, even during max-capacity days. Absolutely loved it!

The restaurant and lounges were nice, but they did not have many veg/vegan options, so I had to go off-resort to get food occasionally. If they added more vegetarian and vegan options, it would be the perfect resort.

We would stay here again primarily for location and room configurations, but had some concerns.

We were delighted with the fantastic location of the property! Direct access from the rooms to the beach and a central location made everything easily accessible. The room configuration was also perfect for our family, offering ample space and comfort.

Our experience at the hotel was marred by communication issues with the staff, particularly when addressing concerns about our room cleanliness. Despite their assurances, the room was never actually cleaned, leading to a disappointing and frustrating situation. Additionally, the subpar quality of the food, including the fishy and disappointing offerings from the food truck, further detracted from our overall satisfaction. Lastly, the beach movie, which turned out to be inappropriate for families, left us in a challenging situation as our inquiries about the movie were met with silence, making it difficult for us to guide our family's viewing choices. These could've been easily addressed by the staff but no one seemed to care to address the concerns.

Nice location but the description of the rooms is really misleading

Pools and jaccuzi, breakfast, not crowded

We had reserved a room with partial ocean view. We had no view from the room. They offered to move us in an “ocean view” room for 75$ extra per night. The new room would usually be described as “partial ocean view” as we could only see partially the ocean ftom the room (see picture). Their description of the rooms appeared to be really misleading. At check-out they eventually accepted not to charge the extra 75$ per night.

Good and well located property without real beach access

The staff was great, very friendly from check-in to check out. The pool restaurant and the breakfast restaurant also had great service and all employees very nice. Good location, and comfortable rooms

No Beach. We planned a weekend beach getaway and assumed the property had beach access, but Unfortunately the property has no real beach access. It’s waterfront but the beach is not swimmable which was a huge disappointment for us. We did enjoy the property pools and the area but people should know that this is a no beach access property

We are coming back to visit you again!

Lovely place with very service minded personal. Beautiful surroundings. Brillant terrance that "extended" the room. Great selection of activities. The golf car transport service was amazing!

The staff could be a bit more strict and act faster on the people eating in the pool and playing loud music. (The music in the pool area by islander resort was nice)

Location is amazing, absolutely beautifull arranged.

Watch out as you will be charged right away 100$/day for damage deposit. This would be released while checkout, however it will take 1 month for processing to have the money back on your credit card. Very annoing. Also they have some season when they cut the palmas with chainsaws so you can be surprised when willing to sleep longer after a rough night - my case...

Very large room with outdoor, screened porch with table & 4 chairs plus two chaise lounges outside towards beach

I loved the location staff was amazing and friendly the guy by the pool and the sport people was super cool and welcomin

I love the pools and the amenities were included which was a life saver because I have two kids :)

I didn’t like the beach was so little and not really swim able because of all the see-weeds other than that it was great ;)

Exceptional

Great spacious clean room. Vaulted ceilings, tiled floors walk-in shower, refrigerator, micro and safe too. We had a lovely screened-in lanai. There was a patio area too with 2 loungers. We hung out at the saltwater pool and the beach all day. This place is family-friendly and we celebrated our anniversary. Free cabana, towels, kayaks, paddle boards, games, races so much fun. You will love it here!! The restaurant was great too!!!

They also had trouble with the water. This hotel jumped on this and didn't miss a beat. Had a wonderful time any ways.

Pillows…but I’m picky. Food at pool was a little slow but everyone was so friendly and apologetic it didn’t bother me.
