-грязные, рванные пляжные полотенца. -неприятный запах в номерах с выходом в бассейн. -отсутствие обслуживания лежаков в бассейне у пляжа, целый день стоит грязная посуда, валяются использованные полотенца. Неделями валяются по кустам старые матрасы, нарукавники. -грязный песок на пляже и в баре на пляже, осколки, окурки и другой мусор в песке. -грязная мебель( подушки) в пляжном баре. -отсутствие кофе машины в номерах ( кофе растворимый), при этом в апартаментах кофе машина есть.

В Таиланде бываю частенько. Идеальное место для релакс ртдыха. Пляж разделён на взрослых и детей. Песок и море отличное. Рядом с отелем много кафе и массажа

The service, the facilities, the pool, the atmosphere - impeccable.

You have to do something about the birds flying around in the breakfast area, hoping and picking around the food. It´s not healthy. Maybe have the doors shut and get rid of all birds before you puts the food on the counters. It´s definitlely annoying. It´s a bit disturbing with crying children in the adult breakfast area. The music is to loud in the breakfast area

You have a rule that it´s not allowed to reserve sunbeds in the morning. We saw lots of people that reserved sunbeds before having breakfast and showing up hours later. There is no point in having rules when they are not followed

The room was newly renovated, it looked and felt great. There were heaps of space and the block out blinds made our sleep peaceful. The service was unbelievable, I loved how everyone always greeted my partner and I with a big smile. All the staff remembered us at the restaurants, making the experience very lovely. We leveraged the free hour of bike hire, the bikes were in good condition. The back streets outside the resort were pleasant to ride around. Lastly, the 3km of swimming pool was so beautiful! We took advantage and swam for at least an hour everyday.

We had an all inclusive meal package but missed out on some meals because we were sick and couldn't make it to the restaurants. If possible have a couple of simple food options as part of dinner or lunch for room service.

Der Strand ist ein Traum und die Lagune mit dem Adult Pool eine Oase. Es ist eine Wohltat, dass es eine Trennung zwischen Adult und Family beim Frühstück als auch am Strand gibt; trägt sehr zur Entspannung bei. Sowohl das italienische als auch das thailändische Restaurant können wir sehr empfehlen.

Um das abendliche Essen in den Restaurants zu genießen, wäre es empfehlenswert, die Trennung in Adult und Family - wie beim Frühstück - vorzunehmen.

Sehr sauber, ständig renoviert ( besser als die meisten Hotels in Thailand), sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und ausgezeichnete japanische und Thai Restaurant, wunderbarer sauberer Strand, auf dem man kilometerlange Spaziergänge machen kann

Es fehlt eine Umkleidemöglichkeit am Strand Die Karte für die Happy Hour ist sehr limitiert

Der Strand und die damit verbundene Aussicht is wunderschön. Personal ist sehr Rücksichtvoll!

We really enjoyed our stay here. After having to change our room after the first night due to an unpleasant damp/ mold smell, we got a beach access ground floor room in one of the new buildings (area 6), which was exceptional - very fun for our son to jump straight to the pool from the room's terrace. The staff was extremely prompt and helpful with the room changing situation. Super comfortable bed and pillows, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, with so many options to choose from. Highly recommend the Drift beachfront restaurant for dinner - one of the best steak and grilled shrimps we ever had! Beach was also very nice, with fine sand and amazing viewing of the sunsets.

We booked an elephants bathing tour through the concierge and it was a disappointment, a total tourist trap which did not resemble to a sanctuary at all. Elephants were made to do tricks and they did not look very healthy at all. Also, the resort is 10-15 min away from the town, but you have shuttle buses taking you there multiple times a day if you want to stroll around.

De douche en het bed.

De locatie, net als bij veel andere grote hotels ben je gevangen in het hotel. Er buiten is vrijwel niets. Dit hotel kan op iedere locatie in de wereld staan, heeft weinig met de bijzondere Thaise cultuur en mensen te maken. Kortom een soort vakantie fabriek. Moest ruim een uur wachten voordat de kamer beschikbaar was, op het moment dat de kamer beschikbaar was kreeg ik een email bericht. Zeer onpersoonlijk, zo’n hotel doet de Thaise cultuur te kort!

Wat een fantastisch hotel! Echt een aanrader; prachtig gelegen, een zwembad van 2,4 kilometer en veel te doen voor kids. Fijn gelegen aan een prachtig strand. Heerlijk ontbijt! Wat een luxe is dit hotel!

De koffie bij ontbijt was van matige kwaliteit en moesten zelf vragen om de gebruikte borden van de tafel af te ruimen.

Hospitality and service is top notch. Beautiful estate, great facilities and a gorgeous beach front. Despite peak times, there is never once a let down in service. Every staff made us feel completely at ease and treated us with genuine care and kindness. It’s been magical!

Amazing resort with many activities! The resort is huge with multiple different areas for families with kids as well as for adults only. The service in general was very good, all the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Different activities were arranged daily from yoga to different excursions. The room was nice and quiet. The resort area and pools were also clean. Perfect for adults that doesn’t want to be around families with small children all the time but wants to enjoy the amenities of huge, versatile resort, as some of the pools and on side of the beach was adults only (12+ years).

The restaurants in the resort area were quite expensive and the service wasn’t always at the same level as elsewhere in the resort. For example, we visited the Thai restaurant Ta-Krai three times during our stay, and the service wasn’t very good. They got our orders wrong multiple times and waiting times were long. Two times out of three we ended up eating at different times as they brought wrong foods out. Once we didn’t even bother to correct the order as it had already taken an hour to even get the food. We noticed that the people around us had same problems.

Beeindruckens Hotel an einem tollen, weitläufigem Strand. Sehr höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein Frühstücksbüffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ein irrer Pool - in dem man - je nach Zimmer - fast direkt vom Bett aus hineinspringen kann. Die Zimmer sind nobel und stilvoll - kein "Renovierungsstau". Fußläufig sind vom Hotel auch andere Strandrestaurants erreichbar.

Wenn man meckern will, dann über die wohl relativ vielen indischen Hochzeiten, die zumindest Ruhesuchende stören könnten. Aber das ist wirklich "meckern auf höchsten Niveau"

JW Marriott was beautiful. Every detail attended to, the decor was lovely and it was very comfortable. The pool was gorgeous and beach location superb - the beach was so lovely to swim in, with warm turquoise water and white sand.

The on-site restaurants were extremely over priced and food not very good quality compared with alternatives outside the resort. We ended up having meals at Pam’s up the road which was fresh, delicious, cheap, and had a free shuttle to/from the resort.
