Drinks and food were very overpriced plus tax and service charges! Pool wasn’t the best. Room was not the one we had booked!

C’est devenu un club pour famille Très bruyant Manque de navettes vers Khaolak Le pont pour accéder à la plage n’est pas pratique du tout.Il y a quatre ans on nous avait pourtant dit qu’il était là provisoirement !! Il aurait mieux valût en construire un en bois plutôt que construire un restaurant japonais…..

Lovely beach via a short walk. Children loved the slides in the kids pool. Nice bath in room. Staff were friendly.

Style over substance, which photographs well, but if you look closely at almost everything it’s either worn, damaged or dirty. Our room, a 2 bed pool suite, was dark and had a strong musty/damp smell. We only stayed 2 nights and had maintenance issues twice (back door wouldn’t lock, and toilet wouldn’t flush). Lots off mozzies in room. Breakfast is chaotic and we struggled to get a table (albeit at peak). Generally it’s a big busy beast of a resort which unfortunately just isn’t our idea of a holiday.

Words can’t sum up how gorgeous this place is! We’ve been in Thailand for 3 months now and this is the best resort we have stayed at. Some things to mention that made our stay exceptional: - Kayaking and seeing the nature and elephants 🐘 for free! - The best breakfast you’ll find at a resort - The best fitness facilities including Thai boxing and fitness classes - a private beach that has the most incredible sunsets - we asked for a room near the lake as it’s more peaceful and we weren’t disappointed. - all the staff are genuinely so friendly - the watermelon smoothie from their on site cafe is out of this world and served with a smile

That I didn’t book longer - so we’ll be back :)

breakfast quality of food and variety, location on the beach and yet quiet, shuttle to town worked well, loved walking to other local restaurants and use laundromat across the street, pool access room is excellent

coffee carafe in the room was inadequate, it broke when we went to empty the coffee grounds into the garbage, front staff was charging us for the broken glass but we refused to pay, not our fault its so breakable,

The size of bed

I could hear kids cried next to my room no 1102 at 8-9 pm. The location of hotel room and access pool face to the breakfast area where the crowd is noisy. It is awkward to sit at my pool while people there look at us and can't find a peace. The breakfast area should be away from the pool area where we want to rest or sun bath at the pool quietly.

המלון חדיש ויפיפה,עם נחל מהמם שזורם סביבו ועד לחוף הים המיוחד. החדרים מרווחים ונקיים ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת. גם לזוגות וכם למשפחות יש למלון מה להציע,כולל חדר משלקים,מגלשות וקייאקים. הצוות מאוד נחמד ומסייע. אומנם המלון מרוחק מהעיר,אבל יש שאטלים (ללא עלות) מספר פעמים ביום,כל יום וסה נותן מענה וחוסך את עלות המוניות לעיר,חדוב להירשם אליהם מראש.

פחות אהבנו את האוכל במסעדה שנמצאת ליד החוף,אבל זה עניין של טעם. מעבר לזה אין הערות כלל.

Très gros hôtel loin de la plage. Une grosse usine à dormir. J’ai souhaité annuler 72h avant ma réservation, ils n’ont rien voulu entendre et ont prélevé la totalité de la somme due sans sourciller. Pas cool du tout!

La tranquillité, c’est un hôtel pour se reposer

Assez loin de la ville, les bus de l’hôtel sont souvent pleins. L’accès à la plage et la plage en elle même ne sont pas dignes d’un 5 étoile

אהבנו מאוד את גודל החדר והבריכה הפרטית. חבל שלא היה מספיק שמש לחדר שלנו. ארוחה האוכל גדולה ומגוונת. החוף הפרטי של המלון מושלם והכי כיף להיות בו ולהזמין שתייה מהבר שיש שם. יש קיאקים חופשי והמסעדות במלון טעימות. כל הבריכות במלון מעולות ונקיות ושטות. יש מסעדה מחוץ למלון ממש זולה עם אוכל מושלם. העיסוי הכי טוב שקיבלתי בספא של המלון.

מחירים של המסעדות קצת יקר. הנקיון בחדר יכל להיות יותר טוב.

Its a beautiful resort with lovely facilities. We originally booked a Two Bed Suite with a Pool, which was very nice but just a bit dark, a little smaller than expected and close to the main pool - so we upgraded to a Two Bed Villa with a Pool and WOW it was AMAZING! Well worth the extra money - we felt like we were living like the rich and famous. The private villa pool was great size (we spent hours in it!), the villa huge and the bathrooms and facilities just exceptional. Highly recommend the villas if you can, worth every cent!

Two very small things - It would have been good to have a TV in the main area (living area) of the villa. There was a lovely comfortable couch there and it would have been good to be able to have sat as a family and watched tv or a movie rather than having to watch in the bedrooms. Also the resort is more isolated than I realised (my fault for not checking) and required a bus or taxi to get it and out of Khao Lak - but once we got used to that it was not a big issue.

Prinzipiell gut. Frühstück war beim Service allerdings ziemlich durchschnittlich.

Sehr staubig in den Zimmern. Personal, anders als in Thailand gewohnt, eher unaufmerksam und durchschnittlich im Service. Auszunehmen sind hierbei die reinigungs- und Security Kräfte. Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Welcoming was warm and welcoming, our room was upgraded and was beautiful, the pools were clean and not over crowded. The bus into town was frequent which was handy. Our cleaners were always friendly and and smiley.

The adult pool overlooking the Japanese’s restaurant was very slippery and children were very load and disturbed us. I think this was meant to be an adult only pool!?

Liegt nicht unmittelbar am Strand. Man läuft ein bisschen zum Privatstrand, der nicht schlecht ist.

Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Schöner Strandabschnitt am Hotel. Nettes Personal und noch ein großes Lob hat den Hotelleiter für die wirklich sehr schöne und super organisierte Silvesterparty. Habt ihr echt Klasse gemacht.

Das Frühstücksrestaurant war kein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Es war laut, Geschirr stand überall, Tische waren nur mangelhaft gereinigt, Stühle unbequem. Essen nicht eines 5 Sterne Hotels würdig. Marmelade war ein Paradies für Wespen. Strand/Pool-Liegen wurden gleich morgens mit Handtüchern besetzt. Zwar gab es ein System Karte gegen Handtuch aber das eigentlich niemand so wirklich umgesetzt. So hatten man ab 10:30Uhr auch kein Chance mehr eine Lieg zu bekommen. Brücke zum Strand könnte auch etwas schöner umgesetzt werden.

Beliggenhet, muligheter.

Tilrettelagt for effektiv drift, og service men virket ikke som hotellet hadde gode rutiner. Flere renholdere, men ingen rengjøring av flater rundt bassenget, tilnærmet ingen dusjmuligheter ute/ ved basseng. App/ QR fungerte ikke optimalt, mest til info og ikke bruk.

Le personnel est très gentil et soucieux de vous faire passer un bon séjour. Les chambres sont superbes et spacieuses. Le choix au petit-déjeuner est extraordinaire.

Rien concernant l'hôtel. Cependant, il faut se rendre compte que la région de Khao Lak est extrêmement touristique, même sur les petits marchés. Ce qui enlève le charme de la Thaïlande.

Beach, swimmingpool

Stairs to the reception, no space for adults only on the swimmingpool and in the restaurant. Shower next to the beach would be nice.

La piscine dans la chambre, le restaurant gin tepanyaki, les grandes infrastructures, la plage privée, le petit déjeuner, le fait que tout soit accessible en poussette, le kayak, la serviabilité du personnel (on a oublié des affaires dans notre chambre et ils nous les ont envoyé à notre hôtel à Koh Samui)

Son emplacement, j’aurais apprécié être plus près de Khao Lak. L’hôtel propose des bus pour y aller mais assurez vous de réserver vos places car, en cas d’affluence, pas sûre que vous puissiez y accéder.

Comfortable pillows and bed, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Some staff really stood out as polite and helpful, (some were cold and aloof however). Lots of great massage and good food close by (location was perfect for us). Lots of pool loungers and seating at the beach.

The pool access room was nice (in theory) but no stairs into the pool made it really awkward and uncomfortable to get in and out. (Quite unsafe actually) The ‘seat’ design was WAY too big to be used as a step. There were biting ants all over the little deck area too so the chairs on the deck were virtually unusable. I found the resort policies regarding the towel cards and ‘fines’ and notes in the room about costs if water bottles break etc uncalled for. For the price per night (8,400 baht) there should have been towels and more water and coffee in the room available and less threats about fines and extra fees.

Der Shuttle Bus der 3 mal Täglich nach Khao Lak und zum Bang Niang Markt fährt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reich an Auswahl. Zimmergröße. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers lies äußerst zu wünschen übrig. Shampoo war leer, ebenso wie die Bodylotion. Das auffüllen über die App hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Badewanne war sehr dreckig, Fenster und Duschwand haben auch seit langer Zeit keinen Lappen mehr gesehen... Lüfter der Klimaanlage nicht sauber. Es gibt viel zu wenige Liegen an pool und Strand, die auch noch alle sehr früh reserviert werden und den halben Tag dort niemand auftaucht. Plastik liegen ohne Auflagen am Strand. Der Steg über den Fluss ist äußerst schäbig. Jemand der nicht Trittfest ist, kann darüber nicht zum Strand gelangen. Ein absoluter Schandfleck. Genau wie der restliche Weg an den Strand. Wir hatten uns sehr auf dieses Hotel gefreut, sind aber absolut enttäuscht. Von einem 5 Sterne Hotel hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Plastikgläser und Plastik Zahnputzbecher. Flecken auf den Bettbezügen. Schäbiger Tisch aussen, genau wie die Stühle. Toter Käfer auf dem Balkon. Massenhaft Ameisen am Balkongeländer, bis ein Geko kam und diese wohl gefressen hat. Das Personal innerhalb der Anlage war teilweise sehr gelangweilt. Alles in allem, eine riesige Enttäuschung für Schlappe 200€ pro Nacht.
