Great location on South Beach. Really good facilities and great staff.

Bedroom was a little small with a very small bathroom. Put that to one side and stay here to experience the location.

The pool. And food

The staff was phenomenal and extremely helpful. The pool and surround are fabulous with great access to the the beach. The hotel is in a nice location on the edge of the art deco district, there are bikes you can borrow so you can cycle around. Excellent.

As of August 2023 there is a very noisy building site next to the hotel next door (North side). The workers start at about 7:00-7:30am and as a result we heard a fair amount of noise especially in our room. This is the only negative point, not down to the hotel really.

Hotel is amaizing! Pool is clean and you always find a place for yourself. Beach is only a few steps away. Garden is nice with a lot of green and palms. Staff was very kind. We will recomend this hotel but you must be aware of the rooms with NO view. There is no loud music at the pool and during the evenings and we could relax.

View from the side of the building means view on the wall which is in front of the window! This was really not cool and we couldn’t change the room after check in. We also asked for the garden view via booking chat in big advance but hotel was not able to consider our request.

excellent location, access to the ocean, a lot of greenery on the territory: palm trees, bushes, various plants and many cute little lizards that live in the bushes.

1. huge inconsistencies with the description of the hotel on the booking: 1. breakfast is “put” for two people from the room🙄. 2. for breakfast they give out a $20 voucher that does not include drinks, taxes, tips, and the cost of each dish is at least $19, in any case you will pay extra $15 or more for each breakfast. However, the breakfast is far from perfect, as is the service. 3. on the first day we took 2 majitos at the pool, paid $ 68, this is an unrealistically high price. (as are the prices in the entire menu and I understand that this is Miami. ) 4. disgusting condition of the room: chips in the bath tub, a toilet paper holder torn out of the wall, all the furniture is very old dilapidated with numerous chips, blisters, even toothpaste was not provided. (I think pasta and other things that you need could be ordered in the lobby, of course for an additional fee) 5. general feeling of staying at the hotel: the hotel does not match the description and deserves a maximum of two stars.

The rooms are a little dated. This hotel needs a renovation. Some AC is leaking, and the staff forgets what you ask them, unfortunately. But they are all very friendly and polite, but that's not the point :) overall, good vacation.

View was not pleasant

This is my family’s 3rd time staying! We love it here! Definitely has an island vacation atmosphere!

The full size beds were a little too small for my wife and I.

location was perfect for exploring Miami Beach and access to the beach.

Building was too cold and there were some guests with a dog that was barking in the early morning.

The pool was spectacular, room fully stocked but prices too high on the snackables. House cleaning team were amazing Wow the food just blew us away. We will be back just for. Meal. Finally please allow me a future discount to stay. This is my 2rd trip and need a discount to use and to refer you to my friends.

I had a random woman knock on my door for a "wellness check" thankfully I didn't open and called the desk right away they said she wasn't with the hotel but they didn't seem to really care. There is no security in the hotel as people can just go up in the elevator. as a woman traveling alone I didn't feel safe. I was annoyed by the response from the front desk staff. it should've been taken more seriously.

The spa service was really poor and not worth the value paid. I went for a relaxing massage and there was nothing relaxing about the spa.
