Perfect place to stay

Loved everything about this property. The staff is fabulous and so attentive. They don’t hesitate to help. The phone they give you to call taxis on the island is such a nice help

Perfect hideaway with amazing gardens and everything I needed for an amazing vacation.

Quiet private and everything needed was available on site. Amenities were lovely, food and drinks delicious.

The salt water hot tub and waterfall were not working during my stay. They had fixed them by my last day but I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy them. Finding staff to assist poolside or with general inquiries was difficult. It felt odd bothering the bar tender for things not in his scope.

Best Customer Service

Alberto was the best. Greeted us with a smile and welcome drink. Paras from Nepal was so sweet and very helpful. Beautiful property. Very lush. Located by walking distance to a few restaurants and grocery store. The bungalow had everything you needed. Great for families that want to cook. Shuttle to beach was nice.

The section on the beach was lacking luster. Need additional beach chairs to sit in the water. Need to set up a tiki bar if not going to have a restaurant like next door.

Lovely quiet beach getaway

location was convenient although not on the beach, very short ride away. LOVE that they had rental cars on the property! Grounds were lovely and staff extremely helpful. Pool and hot tub were great. villa although not fancy was very comfortable-- beds were great.

Bathroom really needs to be renovated as it is very outdated and small. had to leave bedroom doors open to get air conditioning as there was only one unit.

Great Place to Hang back and Relax

Manager was very welcoming. He sat me down and offered me fruit juice to cool down while going over the paperwork. He gave me a quick tour and showed me my cottage. It was so clean and comfortable looking. The beds in each room (2) was neatly made and the air-condition was on full blast. I'll say this location is for those who really want a quiet, cool place with character. I loved the compound, the trees, the little walkways with trees around the cottage reminds me of camping yet has character and a real feeling of relaxation with it. The location is not at the beach but close enough and a shuttle takes you and picks you up any time u want between 8am to 5pm. Paras, the security was very helpful shuttling me to the beach and back. He also made sure I had anything I needed before he left. He also showed up immediately when ever he was called to pick up. I had little to no expectations but the warm welcome, the attentiveness to guests request and going the extra mile for guests won me over. I'll recommend this resort for everyone but know what you're going there for as this facility is really really relaxing and quiet with less traffic which is good for getting away from everything noisy. Thank you so much, I'll be back.

Mediocre experience

Wenie the head concierge was very pleasant and was eager to assist us during our stay.

A car ride required to get to the bare bones accommodation at the beach. Food was subpar and overpriced.

Would definitely book again

We loved our cottage. The beds and pull out couch were all some of the most comfortable we've had and we travel a lot. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved that we were given a cell phone to call for taxis as needed when we were out. We didn't go to the beach much but there is a driver to take you to and from at no cost. We are a family of five and eating out is expensive. There's a grocery store within walking distance and everything you need in the room to make your own meals; however, the food at the on-site restaurant is good as well.

We ate a couple of times at the restaurant. I was shocked with how small the pasta entrée was, it looked more like a side, but it was delicious.

no staff readily available at times room was recently upgraded (A/C) but left unfinished, could see other room’s lights on which could illuminate the room with no lights on not good restaurant on site

our little house was a paradise! gorgeous garden which we enjoyed immensely ! the staff is very helpful and polite. the vacation was extremely pleasant.

I would have stayed elsewhere

thereby staff 24 hours , the check out process was terrible. they give you cell phone to use to reach the staff, but all we were able to reach were other guest lines

The accommodation was not the greatest.

it was clean, you can take great pictures on the property. the staff was friendly. Richard and ms Winnie were easier to understand.

The rooms are much smaller than the picture, we kept bumping our legs at the edge of the bed. Each rooms has one bed, however the advertisements claim it accommodate 2-6 people. Upon arrive the lady brought all of us drink which she later charged. We did not order or ask for the drinks but was charged for it, we were not told we would be charge for it. The phone in the room can only be used to call the facility or else you will be billed for local calls. there's no tv in the rooms, no mirrors. one very tiny bathroom. the stand up shower can only accommodate one person. the "free shuttle bus," only takes you to the beach. I ordered the duck, I asked for it to be cooked more, thru picked up brought it back the same way. I ask for it to be redone before I tried to eat it. I was stuck with it, I tasted it and I did not like it, for expensive food I should get better service.

location was excellent - minutes to the beach or shops. 2 bedroom villa was exactly the size needed for our getaway. staff went above and beyond, food and drinks were perfection. cannot wait to return!

Great base for weekend trip and do rent a car

More reasonable price for hotel on Providenciales. Not on the beach but not an issue for us. They do have their own beach nearby with lounges. We liked the 2 separate bedrooms. Nice terrace with view as our villa was higher up an clear view. Friendly and helpful staff and appreciated the late check out. All in all served our purpose as a base for a weekend visit.

Bathroom was on the small side and bit dated. Disappointing that beach lounges & umbrellas were cleared up around 5pm so way before sunset. Bring your own drinks or overpay at the hotel next door. Def rent a car.

Absolutely loved Kokomo! We loved being in a prime location, just minutes from the beach. The restaurant and pool is such an added bonus! Wenie and the staff are incredible and super helpful.

Wenie was amazing. The Beach was Stunning

Our stay at Kokomo was great! Everyone who worked at the resort was phenomenal. Joseph the driver to the beach was always readily available to drive us and he answered any questions we had. The beach is located right next to the Wayamara resort and there was hardly anyone there. Wenie was incredible! She was always available to help us and she reserved airport pick up and drop off for us. Anytime we needed anything she was able to get it for us or find someone else who could help. The restaurant is not open until the 19th of March because the chef has not arrived. In the meantime I would recommend going to Pizza pizza or somewhere else on the island for food. Pizza pizza is practically right across the street from the resort. It’s about a 3-minute walk (ask someone for directions). The restaurant manager is able to whip up bar snacks for the meantime until the chef arrives however they were not my favorite which is why I recommend pizza pizza. The beach ride is only available from 9-5pm. If you would like to go to the beach earlier or stay later, you will be responsible for the transportation back to the resort. You could walk back but you would have to walk on the main road. This is why a rental car would be helpful. The cottages are nice! It looks exactly how it looks online. The bathroom could use a few upgrades; however, they are currently upgrading them and upgraded cabins are available at an extra cost. The pool/cabana area is amazing! This is where you are greeted for check-in before you are shown to your cabin. I would recommend this resort. It is very close to the grocery store and the staff truly made the experience amazing. PLEASE TIP Wenie, the beach driver, housekeeping etc. for all of their hard work. They put in a lot of effort to make you vacation wonderful and they should be rewarded.
